sex or starve and lose gains

I'm on a bulk. There's no room for long cardio sessions. So this is how its gonna go. Were gonna take it easy for a minute and then go hard for two minutes, slow for a minute and fast for two more. It's called HIIT. Hold on for a couple minutes though so I can take my pre wo supps.
 
I used to stay the night at an old SO's house which was like 2 hours away from where I'm at so I'd bring water and shakes with me. Sometimes I would bring Tupperware food too. It's not a big deal, just say you're on a specific diet. I always bring food with me to places because 85% of people eat terrible. "Would you like some sugar on your plate of fat?"
 
I honestly think unless your competing in a show soon or plan to compete in the future theres no need to be this crazed about food just get some good food in before and you'll be fine your not going to lose gains for missing maybe one meal every so often. And like i said unless your competing why should it matter. Sometimes people go to overboard and forget to have fun just my .02 cents

That's too funny lmaooo....and I do think bout stuff like that after sex....not crazy or obsessed just a bodybuilder. *need to change my stats I hit my 275 goal now to 300 then cut down. Woahhh*
 
Bring some turkey legs, sausages etc and use them all sexy like, swap them over for the trouser sausage and have your snacks, zing.
 
I would have sex then make us both something to eat. Women like it when you think about them too plus everyones hungry after good sex..
