Severe Calf/Shin Pumps on Cycle

As I post this, I am walking back from my planned 4 mile run. I made it a mile in and calves filled up with so much blood I could barely move them.

I am currently on a blast of 400mg test cyp/week. 3 weeks in. No orals yet.

I love the pumps in the gym, but I need to be able to run fast. I have a couple races coming up.

I took 2000mg Taurine before I left the house, but did nothing.

HELP!!!!
 
Prepare for the pump and then stretch until it goes away. I do sprints and run into this problem but i never let it win. As a warm up I'll jog until i get a pump, static stretch a few minutes then alternate jogging and stretching until the pump goes away. Usually takes 10-15 minutes and then i do my sprints.
 
Lol Try anadrol. Walking up a hill was painful. Never experienced it from a low dose of test though. As other poster said if you ride it out it should fade some.
 
I tried stretching and as soon as I started running again it pumped right back up...it sucked
