i posted here before and since then i have done my own research, i am an experienced lifter who wants lean gains with a little bit of mass (about 10 pounds at most) and will do so with a very clean, and strict diet as well as a well thought out workout routine
this is NOT a log, just trying to get some feedback from everyone here because i am sure you all have more knowledge on this than i do and the last thing i want to do is hurt myself (you only have 1 body, why f**k it up? lol)
let me know if you guys think these supps are good for what my goals are, feel free to let me know if i should add/take away anything

biochem all natural 100% whey protein
biochem micronized creatine monohydrate
fish oil
flax seed oil
Glucosamine Chondroitin W/ Msm 3x
Animal Pak (anyone have a suggestion for a better multi?)
during cycle

(plus above everyday supps)

Clomid or nolvadex (still looking on where to get this? can anyone PM on where to find it? which is better?)
animal stak 2 (does anyone have a better suggestion for a natty test booster?)
