I prefer to do about 6-9 working sets (not including warmup) each muscle group for two times a week.
Right now, I’m doing a workout that consists of week A and week B. Week A consists of workout A , A2 and workout B, B2
Week B consists of straight push, pull, legs then my 4th day is week point training. I choose to hit whatever I want with any rep range. Or strictly cardio day.
