I have 2 bottle of sesamin, I squirt 1.25ml in my mouth then flush it with some juice ! is it the right way to take it ? thanks

Take it at the end of a big/high fat meal.

I'm with you on that...Well, at least the first part.
I really don't think Avant's Invalid Link Removed tastes bad at all.

If the taste bothers you guys that much, you could always look into Avant Labs' SesaThin Softgels to completely bypass the whole situation.

Tastes fine to me... I normally consume mine with some Peanut Butter just cause I am paranoid about oxidation.

I dumped the rest of my sesathin into my sesamin oil. The taste isn't bad to me at all.
