Sesamin

From the reviews that I have read, AL's seathin is a great product. I am curious if anyone knows the sesamin content of regular sesame seed oil.

I was wondering the same thing. I've searched and could not find anything so I decided to buy some extra virgin sesame oil, some UDO's Choice capsules and ordered some AL Sesamin.
Now I'm trying to figure out if I could substitute Sesame oil for Flax in my shake. Time to play "test subject"...

If I'm not mistaken, that same question has been asked on the Avant board before, and their answer was that the sesamin content of regular sesame oil is pretty much nil.

 ... doh !
Well, I guess I can use it for cooking.
Thanks.
