The sesamin and DCP will still be beneficial on your lower carb days, and as Rodja said, these all would work better over an extended period. For your specific cheat, you could take DCP before the meal, and sesamin after to minimise some damage. Perhaps even some fibre + water beforehand to stop you from going all out might help too.
On second thoughts, you might also look into an ala product such as k-r-ala or na-r-ala bfore your big carb meals.
