SesaLean Review

solarize

191cm, 98kg (6'3, 215lb)
Thanks to Avant Labs for choosing an Australian tester. Oil has a different visocosity in our hemisphere, so I have to take SesaLean with one foot in a Kangaroo pouch, whilst having a koala fight a platypus (j/k).

Picked it up from Post Office on my way to work. Tabbed "The Lean Fat".

Poured some on my Oats this morning. Tastes pretty good. Has a bit of a "tang" to it. I would say more palettable than flaxoil on my brekky.

More updates to follow once I have this stuff at home.

Day 2

Tried SesaLean in Shake Last evening, gave it a sort of creamy consistency, which I liked. However, i would recommend adding it at the end of the shake, not the beginning, as it seemed to make some of the whey clump.

SesaLean on my salad this morning, mixed with a bit of olive oil (unavoidable as the olive oil comes on the sundried tomatoes) - tastes great. I really love the smell of this stuff, makes you want to eat it likes nuts.

Also had SesaLean in my Risotto last night
1 tps Sesalean
300g prawns
300g brown rice
1L chicken stock
onion
300g peas
6 tsp garlic
pepper

Tasted decent. SesaLean melted into the rice nicely. Couldn't taste it, or rather if I did, it enhanced the flavour rather than detracted from it.

To Avant: Whats the estimated Retail on this? How much Sesathin is in it? (Like half a bottle of normal Sesathin?)

Thanks.

Check your mirror log on BB.com; 1/4 the Sesathin of a Sesathin bottle; $19.99 retail price at most discount online stores.

Good log--keep it up.

Day 3 and 4

Used SesaLean on my pizza base last night, below
Low fat pizza base
SesaLean 2 tsp
Tomato paste
crushed garlic
cumin
sundired tomatoes
turkey
kalamata olives
low fat cheese
mushrooms
capcicum

Lovely! Sesalean couldnt be tasted. mixed well with the tomato paste/garlic.

Also Sesalean and some vinegar is dressing my salad today, tastes great.

Sesathin in some rice last night, quite tasty, cooked it a little, tasted a bit nutty, pleasant.

This morning Sesathin with breakfast
9 egg whites
Sesathin 1 tablespoon in pan

1cup oats, 1teaspoon seasathin
Trim milk

Sesathin and eggs is a bit different. Seems to give them a sort of sweet flavour. I don't like or dislike it, its just different. Also changes their smell a little. I will try with different eggs in a few days to see if it just isnt these eggs.

You made me laugh, thank you.

Day 5

Dinner:
1tsp sesalean
4 potatoes
300g brocolli
1 kilo kangaroo

Cooked the kangaroo and seasthin in the pan. Seems sesalean doesn't like REALLY high heat for a long time.. doesn't seem to mind it for short periods, will keep that in mind in future for cooking the Roo. Tasted good.

I added the Sesalean to the potatoes to make the mash (after cooking). My girlfriend liked the flavour, I didn't. I will try cooking the potatoes in water/sesalean mixture next time to see if i prefer the flavour.

On a side note, I upped my cardio and am currently testing Chuck Diesel Diesel Test, so will post any weight reduction using this stuff in the next few days, maybe its wishful thinking, but I think I am lookn slightly leaner.

Day 6

Used SesaLean in my Taco's last night (cooked with premium lean mince) - mmm tasty, and seemd to help stuff not stick to the pan so much.

Lunch
400g Tuna
1tablespoon seaslan
beans
bamboo shoots
tomato
gerkins

Mixed in well with this, very Tasty. Stopped the tuna being so dry, much like a dressing.

Day 7

Dinner:
1 Tablespoon SesaLean
4tablespoon italian dressing
2 chicken breasts
(Marinated this for 1 hour then grilled)
9 mushrooms chopped (raw)
1 capcicum (raw)
1 avocado (raw)

Chicken breasts were lovely, sesalean gave them a nice golden tan, tasted beautiful

Days 8/9

Time for a super salad!
1 tablespoon SesaLean
300g Salmon
1 head brocolli
sundired tomoatoes
kalamata olives
1 tomato

Lovely! SesaLean doesnt get too glugy with the salad, mixes so well with the Salmon. Can I get another bottle of this stuff to try please Invalid Link Removed

Snack!
1 tablespoon SesaLean (for frying)
6 eggs
6 pieces of toast
6 avocados
1 tablespoon SesaLean spread on cooked toast

Well using SesaLean to fry eggs is a little weird. The eggs seemed to "shrink", but were fatter than they normally are in the pan. They still tasted great. I would cook SesaLean with them again. They were also darker than normal with SesaLean

Also sesathin instead of butter/olive oil on bread is great. Mixes really well with avocado.

More updates

Lunch!
1 Tablespoon sesalean
4 avocados
1 tomato
200g baby spinach leaves
sundried tomatoes
8 pieces of bread
salmon

Sesalean mixes up really well with avocado. Soakes in well. I will try cooking with it a little more on the weekend (Lasagna comes to mind)

Cooked oats aren't a big stable in Australia like they are in America, but gave them a shot this morning
1cup oats
water
1 tablespoon sesalean
(microwave 8 minutes)

SesaLean helped keep the Oats from sticking to my bowl. Couldn't really taste the oil at all once cooked into the oats. Seems like a good substitute for Buttter if people are inclined to use that in this meal.

Summary

SesaLean is all gone now :( Shame, because its probably the most versatile oil I have ever used.

I can replace the flaxseed oil I put on my oats with it.

I can replace the olive oil I use on salds with it.

I can replace the canola/seasame oil I use for cooking with it.

3 oils in 1!

Flavour was excellent in most situations. Burn point was fine for normal cooking. odor was great. Now when is it being sold in Australia? And any chance the price will go down?

Thanks for selecting as a tester I hope this log and one on bb.com were what you were looking for.

When you getting an Australian distributor :)

I've been working on that, my friend. Unfortunately, there are apparently some regulatory barriers in Australia that make it difficult for retailers to take on innovative companies like us.

What Australian outfit would you like to see carry us? Gimme' some names if you don't mind.

Noted. I'm on it.

Make sure to do your part, too. Pester them relentlessly about us and have everyone else you know do the same!

And of course, make sure you support them if (and when) they pick us up.

Awesome log...looking forward to picking some up now it is released. ANy word on UK suppliers yet (cheapuksupplements.co.uk?)

Solarize will there be a recipie book to accompany this log :-)

Dave, I'm working on getting it carried at bodyshapersfitness.com currently. You need to bug James to speed things up.

Anywhere else you want to see it?

Never really used bodyshapersfitness.com since they don't seem to stock a lot of newer products (designer supplements range, ALRI, anabolic extreme etc)

I generally give my custom to

cheapuksupplements.co.uk (who I believe already stock your full range)

or designer-supplements.co.uk

On a side note just finished a bottle of HEAT (and semamin), and was very impressed with it (especially when I threw some AMP into the mix). Phenogen is something I would very much like to try in the future.

On yet another side note, when will sesamin (capped) be hitting the UK?

Keep up the good work

Dave
