Yes...it's the GH that is prescribed for AIDS patients who are experiencing muscle wasting. Real Serostim is top notch stuff.
 
I hope its real. Its made by "sereno" and has a hologram on the box. I think its 126iu's. 7 amps 18iu each. Sound real?

The dosage sounds right, but it's made by Serono....NOT Sereno. I do know that's probably the most frequently counterfeited product...usually people just substitute HCG for the GH vials.
 
If you have a box with the hologram, as well as the vials with holograms, you should be safe.

the powder should be tightly compacted in the bottom 1/4 of the vial. not loose. the water should all be consistant in volume in the other 7 vials.
also you can check lot #'s i know this one is fake S810-1A1 you can also call there product help line at 1-888-275-7376 to verify your lot #.
