ok, just as a quick update... fifth week in and feeling ok. nothing extreme in the way of weight gain but that's how it goes. wasn't expecting the full force until week 6.
i've already dosed .5mg of adex 2 days ago. i'm going to try to follow a routine here, but here's how i'll do it. monday is my pin, so wednesday and saturday i'll use adex. that should keep everything under control without eating into my gains.
if somebody could chime in about a question i have here... i think my bulk was a little ill timed. life got in the way and so and so forth, but... normally i start cutting in late spring so i'll be jacked by summer. cutting is always easy for me and i'm able to lose fat without any help, just a lean and mean diet(sometimes a lil albuterol to get rid of that last couple percentages). problem is, now that i'm going to be finished with this last pin on may 2nd, and start pct may 16th and be done on june 13th, where does that leave me with keeping muscle during summer?
would my best option be to cut slowly, and try to keep my body fat at around 12-15%? 12% is a nice defined look which i like, and its super easy to maintain. whats my risk of losing muscle if i try to drop it slowly with a 500 cal deficit daily? anything i can use to help keep my beautiful gains that i worked so hard for? i would like to NOT use anything that will shut me down. i'm following the time on = time off protocol.
