SERMs and IGF-1

Does anyone know if SERMs lowering IGF-1 production has any effect on GH production?

Also any pointers on pathways etc to research about this beyond using the sites search function.

It’s been a while since I read the article, I forget if he talks about IGF-1 specifically, but he does say that SERMs can decrease the satellite cell pool which would impair muscle gain. I can’t post links, I’ll try to send it through PM
