Lots of women lose hair on serms and ais while going through breast cancer treatment and some men also lose hair in pct or on cycle when an ai or serm is introduced. Would it mainly be do to the increase of dht caused by increased test because of the serm/ai or simply because estrogen is lowered which isn't healthy for hair but to the point of hair loss it seems extreme without actually tanking estro...?
