Does Semorelin actually work in stimulating more GH? I'm thinking of trying it, effective? Side effects, anyone try it?

I’ve used tes and cjc. I did not have blood tests before and after but did notice some decreased pain levels. That was about all. Having blood this week so we will see.

Really good success with Sermorelin and Ipamorelin both. Mostly in joint pain and recovery a little hypertrophy added. I am 51 and have an autoimmune condition that creates hair trigger tendinitis and both peptides have alleviated most of that.

That sounds great.

Are you also on immunosuppressants for your autoimmune condition?

Sulfasalazine, and I have reduced from 2 pills 2 X day to 1 pill per day. Also take 300 mg allopurinol per day and 1 Celebrex down from 2 per day. I attribute the peptides to being able to reduce meds and mentioned to my Rheumatologist and doubt he has passed the info to any patients. My peptides come from an anti aging doc

I’ve been considering some peptides and secretagogues but I also have an autoimmune disease (ankylosing spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis) and am on immunosuppressants (tofacitinib) but the immunosuppressants increase cancer risk and elevated gh and igf1 causes cancer aswell so I’m worried about combining them and increasing my cancer risk. Do you have any comments on that? Or has your doctor talked about it?

Uh yeah…had to have a serious skin cancer removed after about a year on Sermorelin. Anti aging doc made me discontinue for a while, until I called them back and said I need something to pump up the volume. That’s when they switched to Ipamorelin. In fairness the Sulfasalazine has a major photosensitivity and I used to burn crazy easy, since going to 1 per day that has stopped. I really love working out so the peptides gave me the ability to be consistent and push pretty hard and before I was always working around some injury. The trade off is worth it to me personally. My autoimmune condition is “Spndylitic Arthritis” so in the family of Anklosing but thankfully not as severe. You could also try BPC 157 for its healing properties. We have used it here on aches and pains with great success and the anti aging doc said one of their employees had to run for like 4 months to rid herself of ulcerative colitis. It is hella expensive though, at least where we get it from.
