I planned on running a SARM cycle in the upcoming future. I've been lifting solid for years untill I severely messed up my right shoulder and had to take almost a year and a half off. Needless to say I lost a lot of weight, most of my gains got flabby and my maxes all went to S***. But I can lift again, and now I want it all back.
RAD 140 10/10/10/10/10/15/15/10
MK-677 12.5ed
PCT
Nolvadex 20/20/10/10
Aromasin 12.5mg eod (if needed)
Clomid. 50/50/25/25 (if needed)
I've heard Rad has a sweet spot at or around 10mg so I figured I'd run it around there for a while and see. Also heard that you can run MK for months and it's good for tendons (which I need for my shoulder) so I figured I'd give it a try.
So the questions:
1) Is this a decent cycle with a decent pct?
2) Is it smart to jump to this right after getting back from such a long recovery?
3) Is there anything else I should add or anything I should remove?
Thoughts would be appreciated, won't get upset if y'all rip me a new one lol. Always like to learn something new.
