I got my Nolva at 40mg because usually I got tabs, and can break it up, but now i received caps? Would it be bad if I opened it up and divided it in half?

yeah cuz its not really all nolva, its filler. you can do an every other day type dosing. i dont know how to set it up but manbeast set one up for a guy the other day. id look in his recent post list see if you can find it
 
89ish percent of nolva will still be in your system day 2. So every other day will be perfectly fine assuming you can remember.
 
I use to do that before I finally realized that the SERM helps the boys not just tits!! I use to run very low dosed serms and take it everyother day! I'm a moron :(
 
That's not bad. At least you were using a SERM. The real morons don't use one... I didn't for my first one and it took forever to recover then I found this forum. Now I know the errors of my ways lol
