SERM problem?

3 months ago I finished a cycle of Epistane and used liquid nolvadex during PCT dosed

week 1 60 mg
week 2 40 mg
week 3 20 mg
week 4 20 mg
week 5 10 mg

I did not develop and lumps or bumps on my chest however I have had some puffy nipples for awhile which I really took notice of during a jungle warfare two month cycle a year ago. They seem come and go depending on temperature.

My question is did my serm really work? I didn't get any of the serious gyno issues but should I still have this puffiness.

I have begun preloading support supps and am planning to start another cycle next week. Just want to make sure my serm is legit. I'd like to use torem this time and I don't want my chest to get any worse then what I feel it already is.

Might have went a little overboard the first week but after that I don't think it was to much based off of some of the different epistane faqs on the board. Also like I said i had this problem before the cycle. It went away while on epi but came back during PCT.

If you suspect it's gyno related then make sure you keep your eyes out for any changes during your next cycle as another cycle could aggravate it...

that much nolva could have been the culprit... 5 weeks is waaay too much, SERMS have a half life of like 5-6 days... so even after you stopped dosing, it remained in circulation for several weeks

SERMS cause up regulation of E receptors, and can cause a rise in serum estrogen... so once the SERM was no longer in circulation you prob had high levels of E and sensitive receptors

40/30/20 is all you really need... personally for short mild cycles of epistane less than that is prob all thats neccessary

Thank you, I will be sure to dose lower next time. I would like to try torem this time or should I stick to nolva. I am planning on running a 4 week epistane @30mg to hopefully help tighten up my chest.

Which do you guys recommend for a serm? Would it be most effective for gyno reduction to run one of these serms stand alone or maybe raloxifene instead but i'm having trouble getting my hands on it?

My nips were sensitive after a cycle last year and that was while on Torem for a week. once I added the nolva it went away. I stayed on both for the remainder and it did its job. Just my 2 cents.
