SERM help (Tamoxifen) ..

so i have never run a cycle with overlap/bridge .. and i was told to get my hands on a serm .. so i found generic Tamoxifen of 10mg/pill .. im just wondering .. when im on my PCT cyle .. how should i dose Tamoxifen ??

i Used the search box, but didnt get enough info. on the dosage of SERM's

p.s > if ure wondering and if its important .. i will be using p-plex/h-drol(overlap in week4)

how long is your cycle?

I'd say 4 week pct at the end with 40/40/30/20mg/day. Maybe get an AI if you can (search for SERM inverse).
