Seriously Gyno from Trib & Saw Palmetto Need Help Please!!!

I'd guess I'm around 18% right now, and I'm talking real BF% not the "I'm 10% BF and can't seem to get rid of my belly" BF scale.

I'm shooting for 10% BF and 182lbs weight class by June 12th (Meet day).

I should measure my BF% when I get a chance, hit 202.8 today, wanna hit 200 flat by the end of the week.
18% is still pretty high, keep dropping your bodyfat, and if you are just guessing then get yourself some calipers and do skin fold test to verify.

I have calipers, they measured me @ 11% BF but thats bull****. So I go by mm readings and estimated BF% by looking in the mirror.

I have 10mm Pec, 15mm abs, and 16mm quad. I'd guess I'm @ 16-17% BF now.

Gyno from Tribulus?

YOU CANNOT BE SERIOUS!!??

That was my first thought too lol. I've never even heard SUGGESTION of something like tribulus causing gyno. Listen to everybody here bro. You got FAT! Stop drinking, eat better and manipulate your lifting accordingly.

My first post here. I've got a similar problem.

I've been doing a bulk program. And decided to take otc supplements to boost my testosterone. I've been taking tribulus 1300 mg, Nettle root 600 mg, Pine Pollen 600 mg daily, tongkat ali (1:100 concentration and I take 3 pills a day). They definately did something to my hormone levels. I feel stronger, can do more reps with heavier weights. I am more enthusiastic about workouts. My mood and libido are definately elevated, and I became a bit aggressive and argumentative. I do not have any blood results to prove it but I believe that these supplements altogether pushed my testosterone levels for a lot. There is bo doubt about it for me. My daily intake has been about 4-5k (no junk food) and I gained about 6 pounds over the last 3 weeks which I believe mostly went into muscles.

But starting about several days ago I felt that there was something wrong with my nipples. They became sort of puffy. And they are hard now (which can be seen through a tight t-shirt and is embarassing in a way). And before I only used to get hard nipples when sexually excited with them being soft at other times. Though there is no itching, there are no hard lumps beneath them and there is no pain.

But I repeat that they indeed look sort of puffy but nothing extreme yet. I was told by many people and read in many books that supplements cannot lead to gyno because they never increase T levels above natural. But the reality for me is that they do seem to increase them to the levels above natural when your body starts converting T into estrogen. Never before I had anything similar when gaining weight. And I never used steroids in my life.

I am going to see if this will go away on itself given sometime. I will keep you updated.
