Serious Gyno Question

Alright, so I developed a pretty irritating (literally) case of puffy nipple gyno that I cannot get rid off! I don't have any lumps, but I am getting worried they might develop if I don't crush it soon. I never had gyno until I ran Dymethazine from late april through late may. I thought I knocked out the gyno symptoms immediately in PCT (they started 3 days prior to PCT), but they came back and just wont go away.

I hit it with formex for a month first because I thought maybe my estrogen was still out of whack after PCT, but that didn't work. After stopping the Formex I immediately nailed it with Nolvadex pills 40/20/10, which didn't help either. Now I am taking Arimidex 1 mg a day (for the past week), but I don't see any changes. I order cabaser like 2 weeks ago in case this is prolactin related, but it hasn't arrived yet. SO, do you guys think I should stop the arimidex and hit this with some Letrozole for 2 weeks at 2.5mg a day? Should I try pramipexole to see if that levels out my prolactin? I have a feeling this is prolactin gyno and not your typical estrogen gyno. I don't have any liquid, just puffy nips. Any ideas are welcome! Thanks....

I'm not 100% sure there is any way to get rid of it beside surgery which on avearge is 5,000-10000 bucks. I know I've heard Inhibit E has reversed the gyno for some but I can't be sure. Let other more experienced people respond.

Also heard broccoli help? You never know. haha

pseudogynecomastia

just puffy doesnt mean its gyno can be related to fat

This^^^

Also, instead of guessing or assuming... why not get some blood drawn and find out for sure. You've put formestane, nolvadex, and arimidex into your body... and you aren't even hesitating to add cabergoline and letrozole now as well.

These aren't vitamins, dude. W-T-F ???

I say this with authentic concern: Quit playing with your puffy nips... and quit playing doctor.

I appreciate the concern and it's a valid point. I did have a full physical including total and free testosterone, cortisol, estrogen levels, lipids, liver, kidneys, EKG, Cardio CRP 2 weeks after PCT and everything was fine, but I think something has happened since then...some type of rebound. My levels were:

Total test 490 ng/dl
Free test 2.48% (very high)
Cortisol 13.5 mcg/dl
Estrogen 64 pg/ml

As you can see all was OK at that time, but I guess I may just need to be checked out again. I told the doctor about the PH. I guess I will just have to suck it up and tell her what I think is happening and see if she'll run the labs to test my prolactin levels...that's the only thing I didn't ask to have tested.

Estrogen looks a little high

I was thinking the same thing, but I thought I was just being paranoid. I didn't feel too concerned b/c it was still "in range," but the lab's normal estrogen range is so broad that anything under 130 pg/ml is supposedly fine. I'll try and find some info online about the average estrogen range for my age...anybody have any links?

Well, I found the answer to my question a few days ago...all I had to do was look through some of my saved links. PM me if you want the link to some useful info from Krzna in case anyone else has any questions about their bloodwork. I couldn't post the link b/c I don't have enough posts under my belt yet.

Anyways, it turns out my estrogen was a little high. The arimidex has seemed to regain control over the past 2 weeks. I'm going to run this another week at 1 mg and then taper down over three weeks like this: .75mg/.50mg/.25mg
