So yesterday I was on my way to lift and my best friend called. I was literally right by his new place (like looking at it) and he has a big storage unit with his bench in it. So we did a small chest session there. God was it cold

Planned on also hitting hams and bis but I got side tracked.

Went up to BB 275x10 and then like 6 sets of 135 incline

Then the clean eating

why not use surgical gloves, then the hands aren't absorbing all the lotion only to be washed off? then use a hair dryer in winter or fan in summer to get maximum dryness before dressing. this is what i do with my prescription androderm, and what i have been doing with topicals for years now!!! i also add some liquid dmso to areas i am going to be appying to 1st, i did this with androgel not realizing how much it would increase absoption...ended up having my androgel cut in half...total test was 1421, and i am 51!!!

I got the same sh*t on my windows phone. I pair my jawbone to it then just hear or send text by voice without ever even touching or looking at my phone. Its great

Never really thought of using gloves. I was using my forearms to rub it in as well, but obviously this can be difficult. I am going to try and get some liquid dmso.

Or do what I tried at the beginning of this excursion. Just ripped a piece of plastic big enough to hold in between two fingers on one side and my thumb on the other (so I didnt have to pinch it). Apply gel to desired location and then use said plastic to thin out onto as much surface area as possible

After eating so much (an entire casserole and a whole pie by myself) on top of the normal goodies and fixings. Plus beer, soda and everything else that would make Snags "hit with rock" and "trout" if he were here

and this from a guy who is too lazy to hold a phone, lol. the gloves are really inexpensive and you can get up to 4 uses out of each pair.

you know what, i guess being unemployed for 1st time in over 30 years, and being called an old man with nothing to his name but some stink weed kinda struck a nerve...if i overreacted, i appologize.

as to imbibing too much, i am a recovering alcoholic with over 16 years sobriety...

You definitely overreacted, he was most definitely not implying any of that, the only pertinent part of the video he posted was the ending with "how much you selling that weed for old man?".

The rest was just part of the clip.

Its a misunderstanding cuz I was trying at a joke by referring to sweet sticky as androgel. I guess I'm just not that funny lol
 
I just ordered another tube. Thats 4 tubes for 2 months. I did the math and I should be good for 8 pumps a day while on my current cycle. Winning. I really love this stuff and highly recommended it as a standalone or part of a stack. Really good sh*t
