Kind of like Bork, in that free speech applies to everything except pornography for some reason. When you read these justices' decisions basically they all torture and mangle logic at some point to reach a conclusion that's ideologically satisfying to them even if it's not quite in line with the spirit or letter of the law they're ruling on. All in all he might provide a curb on some abuses of government power, but he'll let some slide through for various reasons. In the end he won't rock the boat of the state significantly one way or the other I think.
