Self TRT No Insurance

Due to a number of factors, I cannot see a doctor. But I can get my hands on a steady supply of test e locally. I'm in my 40's and want to administer a TRT level dose to myself for the next few decades.

How worried do I have to be about legal complications? I've seen at least one horror story about a "knock on the door" several years after a purchase because a supplier had been busted.
 
It's a risk you take. Is it possible to go to a local TRT clinic for a script? I know you mentioned you can't see a doc but most of those places are cash pay so insurance isn't involved.
