Hello All,
I am recovering from having both of my ankles reconstructed due to an abnormal growth plate closure on each of my tibias...needless to say, I have 3 screws and a plate in each tibia, and had both of my calf muscles cut in half and lengthened....however I've still been bodybuilding (upper body
) throughout recovery and I've been feeling great, and I really feel that bodybuilding has sped my recovery up tremendously.
I've always loved LG's products, and I'm looking to step it up once I'm back of my feet again and I can start doing some leg presses, etc. I'm sitting at around 205 lbs, 5'11", and my legs are damn near toothpicks due to being immobilized for so long. My friends say I look like Joe from Family Guy!
My diet is in check for sure, and I have all of the core supplements down:
Whey Isolate
Creatine Mono
BCAAs
Glutamine
4 g of EPA/DHA from Fish Oil
Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM
Multivitamin
Vitamin D3
Turmeric - amazing for inflammation control
Obviously I understand that I'm not going to gain 20 lbs in 4 weeks as if I'd be running Superdrol or something like that, but I'd really like to boost my muscular development and start to kick ass once again in the gym. I'm just slightly concerned about skyrocketing my blood pressure, as I ran into this a bit with some of LG's older hormonal products that I think contained 1,3 dimethyl.
I was interested in the Bulk Andro Kit, and theres not a whole lot of log info on the products within this kit. I wanted to know some opinions about it, and if anyone has any alternative suggestions. I'd be interested in running at least a 6 week cycle, maybe 8 weeks, as I've heard the gains are slow and steady with these products, which is totally fine with me. If anyone could suggest a good stack for mainly mass and strength, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm also assuming that Form-XT would suffice for PCT? I know where to get research SERMs but I gather these really wouldnt be neccessary for following a cycle using these LG products...Please correct me if I'm wrong. Once again, thanks a lot for taking the time to read this and I look forward to everyone's advice!
Take care,
Big Al
