Secretabridge for injuries

Hello AM members. So I recently injured my shoulder. I have had this problem for about a 1 moth thus far. I have taken all the proper routes and have seen one of the best sports doctors in South Florida. I am receiving my MRI results tomorrow. Anyways, I was told secretabridge has some healing properties to it and was wondering what most of you guys have experienced with this product in terms of injury? Any input would be great and please feel free to throw in any other products you guys have noticed work well. Thanks
 
Not sure about secretabridge,I but would imagine high doses of glutamine before bed Might help. Not magical, but def affordable and is said to boost gh levels. I know my recovery with 10to 20 g is noticably better.

Yea you could try supplementing in 20g of glutamine. It wont hurt. Maybe try using a good joint supp and make sure its recovered before you start hitting it hard again.
 
Thanks Leanengineer and Empiremind. Ive been taking cissuss and animal flex daily. Ive actually doubled the doses and am seeing slight improvements but the minuete I workout chest my shoulder starts killing me.
 
I believe I saw redmans post somewhere and thats when I decided to give secretabridge a shot. Theres no magic fix but I am desperate to try anything
 
Im struggling with the Same thing. Sometimes ibuprofen (cant spell Lol) and muscle rub on my shoulder helps, but def doesnt Cure it. Im curious about anything that would help as well because this is an issue for me holding my bench progress Back significantly.

I suggested glutamine bc its dirt cheap, ive gotten a kilo recently for under 25 bucks. And it will yield some benefits. But I would love to know about secretabridge
 
Definitely empiremind. My bench has suffered a lot. I can barely do half my max. I read about secretabridge and I am going to give it a shot and let u know if I see a difference. I am also getting prp shots into my joint space. I wanna avoid surgery.
 
I got issues with my shoulders as well. Only when I lift, but it feels like they are dry and have no fluid in them. Cuts my workouts short sometimes.
 
Some people have found great joint relief from low doses (10mg) of Ostarine. However, there is a lot of debate about whether it is suppressive and, if so, at what doses.
 
I did a cycle of ostarine. It was good for recomp, never felt to much shutdown. Im def gonna look into it again see what kind of possible relief it could provide. Thanks for the heads up.

No problem man. I know how much injuries suck. I battled bicep tendonitis for like 7 months last year (mainly due to my own stupidity because I kept working out). Good luck!
 
I had multiple dislocations to my shoulders, so far Cissus XT and proper fish oil supplementation have been the only things i've seen results from. I recommend cissus to anyone who is suffering from joint/tendon issues.
 
One of the biggest differences seen with our most wanted is improvement of joints problems via reduced inflammation, stack this with cissus xt that rhadam mentioned or as grayson stated above and you are on a fast track to recovery.

Awesome guys! That works for me. Going to pick up a couple of bottles of this stuff and see how it goes. Ill keep you posted empiremind. Tommorow is payday for me so ill order some up then and see if it eliminates this nagging shoulder pain.

Can you post us what you read?

I hear a lot about Ostarine and 5a-laxy can help the joints out but I dont know if it will have cons.

Ostarine can help with joints but there are issues with possible suppression. If you search the anabolic section you'll find tons of info on osta
