Second PH cycle : TR3N

Hello Everyone, I had been asking here and there and want to try TR3N by olympus labs.

It will be my second prohormone cycle. First cycle I did consist of: Finaflex 1-andro along with pct revolution black on cycle and for pct, and DAA. I got good gains. Didn't use any SERM. It was 2 years ago. I am now 32, at 133lbs and looking to get big. I will use 1 bottle of TR3N and would like to run a mild cycle, any dose recommendations? I was thinking going:

WEEK 1 :
tr3n - 30mg
ar1macare pro - 2 caps
multivitamin
fish oil
glucosamine

WEEK 2 :
tr3n - 60mg
ar1macare pro - 4 caps

WEEK 3:
tr3n - 60mg
ar1macare pro - 4 caps

WEEK 4:

tr3n - 60mg
ar1macare pro - 4 caps

and for PCT :

NOLVA - 20/20/10/10 , SUP3R PCT 4/4/3/2/2/1, DAA 3g/3g/3g/3g , Arnold iron mass, possibly creatine.

When It comes to use a SERM, it is not that I don't want to use it, I am afraid of getting bunk SERM. any respectable site? Please PM if you know of anyone. looking for caps instead of liquid, it is easier to dose it with caps. Also, why do I need a SERM when I have super pct, that it is supposed to eliminate estrogen and prolactin issues and also boost testoterone levels?
 
I think, just an opinion, that you'll be happier going longer than 4 weeks. And you need to add in something for prolactin control. There are a few out there. Inhibit p is cheap and everyone speaks well of it. I'll let others with more experience chime in but better safe than sorry when dealing with prolactin issues. You might also look at some of the epi/tren logs. Good luck man.
 
Start tren at 60mg per day and bump up to 90-120mg by week 6-8. Easy to manage with great results. Pct looks good. I would have a serm on hand. Imo.
 
Thank you guys for replying. Here is an update after reading, and asking. I will be saving my bottle of tr3n for a future cycle, and I will be buying Ep15tane from olympus instead, because my goal is to put mass instead of cutting. If I have a bottle of ep15tane, a bottle of ar1macare pro for on cycle, how should I dose it? This time around I would like to run it mild, so I don't think over 45mg will be a good idea.

My PCT will look like NOLVA 20/20/10/10 - Super pct 4/4/3/2/2/1 - DAA 3g/3g/3g/3g

Hey guys, a little update on my EPI cycle. I am on day 26 at 30mg a day, and 3 pills of ar1macare. I started at 15mg a day for the first week, then bumped to 30mg. So far I gained 8 pounds, and planning to run it for 6 weeks. I feel great, muscles feel harder. I get muscle cramps on my legs once in awhile, and a little bit shutdown which I kinda like it because before I was too horny all the time haha, it looks like EPI regulated my hormones or something. I am prone to pimples, usually get a pimple or two a week but since I started my EPI cycle, no signs of pimples!! It looks like I am taking accutane instead of EPI. Do you guys think I should up the dose to 45mg? or should I keep it at 30mg for the rest of my cycle? It is my first cycle. Any good supplement for pct?
 
Cycle looks like this:

Ep1stane : 15mg/30mg/30mg/30mg/30mg/30mg

Ar1mcare: 2pils/3pills/3pills/3pills/3pills/3pills

Himalaya Liver care: 2pills/2pills/2pills/2pills/2pills/2pills

Should I bumped the Epi dose to 45mg on week5? Or should I keep it on 30mg?
 
If you are making gains you can keep it at 30mg. If I remember well you are pretty light(am I correct?)

If you feel you've reached a plateau you can up to 45mg.
 
Agreed with Ed, no reason to up it if you're making steady progress and you're happy with the results.

I did back today, strength keeps going up. Yeah Edje, I started at 133lbs, and I weighted today at 142lbs. If I can, I will try to upload some pics.
 
Alright, so this guy claims to be at 145lbs, 5'6 and he is huge. I am 5'7 at 142lbs right now, and no way I am that big. Here is his instagram, Invalid Link Removed

His most recent picture says 159, which is believable. His legs seem to be kind of small compared to the rest of him(Makes sense, he does Physique). Seems honest imo
