Hey guys i took mdrol once and pct'd after it and lost a good chunk of the gains i made unfortunetly. But now its been 4 months and im going to give hrdol a shot now, so can i have some dosage advice? with mdrol i took 2 caps a day for a week then up to 3 caps for 2 weeks then back to 2 and then off... what is the best way to go 4 weeks on this? and for a pct can someone reccomend something or a combanation that will work better than novadex xt? i have a feeling that had alot to do with my losses.
