Second cycle bridge

I am finishing a test-e dboll cycle, what would be the safest way to bridge to the second? I have some test prop and tren ace for the second cycle.

I know that blasting and cruising is bad for your health etc etc. I am asking for advice on how to do this in the least harmful way possible.
