Second Cycle (Advice Please)

First Cycle: On my previous cycle i ran test E for 10 weeks, i made some nice gains

Planned 2nd Cycle:

Weeks 1 - 5: D-bol 30mg ED
Weeks 1 - 12: Test E 500mg (2 x 250mg on monday morning & thursday evening)
Weeks 1 - 12 Armidex .25 ED (Can inrease to .5 if needs be)
Weeks 13 - 17: Nolvadex 20mg ED

Planned Diet:


Meal 1 – Breakfast
50g Oats
1 litre Semi-skimmed milk (mix some with oats + cook, the rest in the glass)

Meal 2 – Mid Morning Meal
2 cans of tuna
6 slices of bread
1 scoop USN Whey


Meal 3 – Lunch
200g Turkey Mince
75g Brown Rice

Meal 4 – Post Workout
2 scoops USN Whey
80 Maltodextrin

Meal 5 – Post Workout MRS
50g Oats
500ml Semi-skimmed milk (cook with oats, cool then add whey + peanut butter)
1 scoop USN Whey
1 tbsp Smooth peanut butter

Meal 6 – Dinner
150g Chicken Breast
75g Brown Rice
1 tbsp Smooth peanut butter
50g Oats
500ml Semi-skimmed milk (cook with oats, cool then add whey + peanut butter)
