You don't think the box deadlift is a bit silly?
 
I do. Saw a guy at my gym try so thought I'd try it. Only benefit I see is learning how to setup behind the bar. It's still dumb.

You mean pulling from a deficit, or what? How big a box were you standing on?

Sitting on a box. I've seen people doing lower back extensions like that, and sumo pulling like that. Find a box at a similar hip height, pull. It was weird and felt a bit pointless.

Honestly, that sounds pointless....I'm not hating, but I don't think I'll be incorporating that any time soon.

Has anyone ever used Uncut? The foil instead of cotton inside the bottle kind of through me off..

I have, it's one of my favorite pres. But, yeah...i dont know about the whole foil thing..seems a little sketchy to me. Did you get it from a retailer you usually buy stuff from? Because, i know it was discontinued so MAYBE some knock offs now?

I emailed them to confirm the Lot #. It was from the supp auction here. It has a 2016 Exp date, which makes sense at least.

But...dmax said foil was in his, so I feel better!

There could have been foil in mine, i bought mine 2 falls ago and then used the last 1/2 of my little brother's bottle, so its been a while since i opened a bottle. At least you know its legit with the lot number confirmed.
 
They used to put different colors of foil in all of their products.

Edit: they might still, I haven't bought anything recently but I know that's what they did when they were producing uncut.
 
There was foil in mine as well. Mine came straight from APPNUT

Same here. I really like Uncut and each bottle I open has a foil sheet instead of cotton.

4 reps, then rest 3mins
4 reps, rest 1min

Exercise 2
Back Squats (4″outside shoulder width, toes slightly out)
Reps> 7, rest 90 seconds

(for those of you that especially enjoy torture, try exercise 3 occluded at the hip with knee wraps at 70% percieved level of tension)

Uncut wasn't bad. Threw in some White Pump with it for the TMG. 3 caps was definitely plenty.

Any word on when White Rapids is going to start hitting shelves? Every day I've been getting a little more excited hoping I'm going to see it on my doorstep lol - who wouldn't wanna mix White Pump and White Flood??

Holding the plate upright on the ground. Went to put the barbell through by kind of wedging it and it slipped out of the hole and into my thumb holding the plate. Bruised, swollen, immobile. So stupid.
