Wow that's a good idea dude. We don't have an equipment for reverse hypers at my gym.

Might be hard to do it weighted. Maybe use a mini band? Either way, it'll feel good on the lower back. If no ones around give it a go. If people are around though it might appear that you're trying to fûck a bench upside down lol
 
I hate it but I'm sucked in. Facebook is terrible but I'm there for family mostly. Instagram is actually cool for the shear amount of powerlifters on it

Exactly. Can't stand all the "look at me" or "woah is me" BS on social media. If I ever make an Instagram it'll be solely to follow PL'ers

^^ those things are the cats pajamas!!!!! I busted my hips up many moons ago, and got one pretty similar. Low impact muscle activation at its best!!
 
No experience w/ a TENS, but that seems like a great price to me. Everyone I've known that's had to use a TENS to rehab something LOVED it.
 
Last Bench warmup

-lax mash pec minor and lay tie-in
-Chris Duffins arch warmup
-lateral band distraction for hip
-Bottoms up KB press for RC activation
-Side lying windmi
-forearm wall slides

Took 15 minutes

So just the side lying windmill alone relieved my rotator cuff and I benched pain free. **** yes.

And I've perfected my arch and touched a tad higher on my chest

And I have someone to wrap me knees for me if I want him to. I feel iffy on it but Id like to not worry about failing a wrap 30 seconds before im supossed to be on the platform. Out of the whole meet, that's what I dread the most, especially since it happens at the last meet.
 
Arch looking good. And if you keep everything in line and touch a tad higher, that makes a smaller moment arm and could help out on pressing.
 
I'll have to look into Duffin's warmup. And I can't bench either, so it's prob a moot point lol. We gotta fight for those little 5lb gains so hard...

Resist temptation and don't go overboard with it. Give the clavicle head of the pec and the lat tie in a good zap first.

Told you! Gene's scale must be a little light. Foooooood

1500 cal already. 64oz of low cal gatorade is down the hatch.

I went to bed at 220.8 I think so I floated off a little overnight for sure.

The city never opened up the gymnasium in time so Gene weighed us in the parking lot in the trailer lol
 
Gene may be the most frightening man I've ever met. I think he chuckled when he saw 162 on the scale!

Ame is far more frightening than Gene, my man. You gotta watch her like a hawk lol. When I weighed in with them he was all like "Gotta turn this ****ing air conditioning on I just ate and walked thru the ****in parking lot and now I'm sweating my ****in ass off." It was December and he had a sleeveless and cargo shorts on.
