Just submitted my openers. It's official.

Squat 585

Deadlift 495

I scaled back my deadlift opener. History shows that I don't pull well on the platform.

I have numbers in my head that I want to hit w/wraps. After that, I'll scale back and do a meet wrapless.

See we got picked for some logging. Should be fun!

I like the openers. You got lots of input on the bench, but my biggest thing would be just to not push it. There will always be more contests so don't risk further problems, but based on the videos and how you feel I don't see why you can't hit something decent and set yourself up for big momentum going forward. :D
 
annnnnnnd now I'm sick. Good thing I ain't no bitch.

Tonight: Buncha mob stuff. Few new ones I found that I want to try. Mainly the one pictured. It's the same as the SuperD hip reset, except I'm able to rig this up solo. I think that combined with the frog variation should help with the wide stance. Then I'll do the EFS hip series and core work.

Tomorrow I'll do a barbell complex. Friday I'll squat: 400ish in wraps and focus on finding my groove sitting back. Satuday chiro, I'll have him work on my hips as much as possible. Sunday bench press. Monday commence deload.

Exactly. Up late last night for work, bull**** PT in the morning, and didn't have time to get any food in me, and I'm gettin over bein sick. Rest is all I want lol

May go in and bench Sunday and hit up some more core work.

No clue! I checked my closet and it wasn't there. Have a Cranes singlet from when I thought I'd be 198 that won't fit whatsoever. The other is nowhere to be found. Maybe I can wear my single ply suit and get away with it?!

Is it a SPF or RPS meet? If so, you'll be good with the suit...

Graston on the upper body again. The only adhesions left are strictly anterior and triceps. Then outside of that, our sole mission is to keep doing laser treatment and adjustments until I can get below parallel with toes forward and ultra-wide stance, with no pain. Then the session is over. Fücking awesome.

I think the pinched nerve I had in my neck caused the supraspinatus pain since the nerve travels down it. As my neck gets better, my supra gets better.

Core and Upper training tomorrow. The rest of the week will focus on corrective exercises, MFR, and mobility.
 
That could definitely be the case. Guy I work with pinched a nerve in his neck and his whole arm was in agony, while his neck was just stiff.

Glad this stuff is working out for you. We I get the coin I am gonna seek out someone who does this.
 
I need to A) go to a chrio and B) find one that does that Gasta thing to try it out if u say it's good I believe it haven't been wrong yet
 
Mobility is overrated. Just use increased weight to force the body into position. :biglaugh:

Yeah, tired lol. Shoulders are pretty bruised up from yesterday and I had no liftoff until I stowed all the weight lol Abs are sore so it was hard to get any good extension in my arch. A week off is needed.
 
I agree fellas. I may press to 225 again on Wednesday. It won't be taxing and I'll be able to see if my shoulders are still up for the task. I believe some of my hip issues are coming from a lack of internal rotation as well.

I'm also addicted to Trader Joes frozen Chinese food.
