Breakfast for dinner was a bad idea.
 
I can't decide which part of the update I find more impressive...

Ive spent the past year 1\4 trying to get to to a normal weight counting every little thing then I read your log and u eat in one meal more then what I eat in a day and we weight the same wtf lol

Thanksgiving week didn't work...........I've been eating a pretty big surplus and I had to go DOWN a notch on my belt the last couple weeks. The hell is that mess??
 
Lol. If I had that many carbs in a day, I'd be dizzy, sweating, and crosss-eyed all damn day. And then I'd probably have an awesome lift, which would force me to do the same thing all over again.

EFS can suck my balls. They had the Adidas Power Perfects on sale for $80 so I ordered them. Order never came. I got an email today saying that Adidas wasn't gonna supply them with shoes or some crap so they returned my money. So I coulda invested $80 other dollars on their other sale items. Instead, all I'm left with are $2.50 worth of mini short bands from the sale.
 
Bro I still haven't even gotten my order. Not an email or anything from them. Just a confirmation of payment. I'm glad I didn't get my singlet from them now. Come on efs

That sucks because that is a deal on those shoes. I didn't even know bout it but I guess good thing...

I was almost done with EFS the when my last two orders took a month each. But the last sale i ordered two pair of proloc collars, a spud sled strap and a spud hamstring curl and saved about 60 bucks. They told me it was backordered and would ship in 4-6 weeks but it went out yesterday so i am pleased. My work gym is complete now once i can locate a bunch of 10's for the dumbell handles. I had my laborers at work make me 4" deadlift blocks and a 2" platform. This gym has been expensive so i feel better now.

EFS is hit or miss on shipping. I still like em, and their deals. Just wish they did some proper planning or earlier notifying on items like that. Inzer, on the other hand, has terrible shipping.

I emailed back saying I was disappointed in a week late response and that my money could have been invested elsewhere in their company.

Hm the soles on mine are good, but it's the fabric around the heal that's beginning to tear. That, and there's too much room in the toes for my taste.

That's a breach of contract, short of a disclaimer outlining this contingency, a lack of supply. Buy a pair and assert a claim for differential. Of course, they won't pay it, short of suing them, which wouldn't be worthwhile.

But seriously, demand all of your money back, plus interest. They should comp you the band, and certainly waive any shipping.

Just got tracking today. I think they got a massive amount of sales at once and some mistakes were made. Customer service was very friendly.
