I can see you fixed depth by about 3-4 inches lol. I figured out a test retest that is impressive last night. Banded wall squats never improved depth much for me these past couple weeks, but I do the internal rotation wall movement in SL and then banded wall squat my test retest is about 3 inches deeper I estimate.
