Thanks man. I'll post up my failed attempt. I had so much pressure build up in my ears I couldn't focus. My stance was slightly altered than the 560 attempt so that didnt help. I shouldn't have lifted with my ear like this, but I was actually hoping lifting would make it pop
 
Very true. Good work capacity today at least. I just won't be content until everything is well past 600. I want my ****ing ear to pop. I've done everything possible.
 
Lol. My last deployment I got put on COG for some shytty post for a couple weeks by my CO because I thought I had an ear infection. My equilibrium and balance was way off so I couldn't do my job at all. There were no docs available at medical so I had to wait until some flight surgeon was back from a temporary assignment to seek medical attention. Waited about ten days while doing COG shyt then finally saw the flight surgeon. She washed my ear out with solution and used tweezers to pull pebble sized crap out of my ear canal. Immediately better and got cleared for patrolling and coaching. Until then I thought my hearing was permanently effed up from a firing range incident... Lol

well mine was from congestion from allergies-they wouldn't pop for the life of me, so I bought some drops and cleaner for it, but then the liquid got blocked and won't drain out and it's swimmers eat now and my whole heads throbbing

I'll load the videos up in a bit. I need to drive my hips closer to the bar. 580 was dropped right at my knees. Another inch or so and I would have been underneath it and locked out. Deadlift suit is same size as my squat suit, yet I can't fit in it still. I even hung it from a bar on the monolify and ran another bar through it and loaded up 185lbs to see if it would stretch the hips enough to slide over my ghetto booty.

I keep thinking about throwing sumo in my next routine. At the very least for a change of pace but while I haven't ever felt super comfy with the set up (haven't used it very much) I am very strong on it (relative to my other lifts) for such limited use.

Definitely will because I'll probably need a TON of form feedback on it. Won't be until sometime in July after I do a mock meet. I know I have pulled 400+ for a single several times with Sumo but bet my form was much less than desirable. :o
 
Wasnt the biggest of eating days. Ended with 415C/260P/90F...should I consider this a moderate day and up the carbs for Wednesdays bench? Or consider this a high day..

Depends on how much you would determine is a "high" carb day for you. I am eating around that much on my high carb days, but you are bigger than I am as well.

My last high carb day, Saturday, was around 600g of carbs.. so I guess I'll call this moderate and carb up Wednesday
 
I gotta say though...I'm 212, started this around 214. I know it's only been a week, and it's most likely majority water, and with the assistance of Alphamine and Forskolin..I appear leaner, and I'm showing some veins, which haven't been seen in a few months.

Rowing drastically changed my thoracic rounding in a short time period, when I started doing all varieties 3x week.

In other news I'm over 193... I thought we were meeting in the middle? I guess it's easier to bulk than cut.
 
I row a ton and have a great dead IMO, no issues with back rounding and my back is easily my strongest body part. So do Em. T bar are my favorite.

I just chose a different movement and scheme each session; 3x20 DB Row one day, 5x5 chest supported row the 2nd, 4x8 seated cable the 3rd. etc etc...
 
Yeah I row twice a week (except for today with lat pulldowns...was tired and it was easy) Ive stuck with Pendlay Rows the last couple weeks so I'll swap those out for DB/Kroc and Meadows rows or add in a 3rd day like Nomz said (today, bench day, and body day..which I've done a few weeks)

Easy fix. Hoping that I get good at sumo because it feels easier. I have a feeling if I didnt think my ear was going to explode, I may have hung onto that bar, but there's no sense in grinding this early on.
 
I've never seen anyone with a "too strong" upper back. Get yer row on, son!
 
The plan today was to do some more core work and sprints but mini-me is sick and wife is at work.

4x1 minute planks with an 18 month old on my back

4x15 Woodchoppers w/ onyx mini rigged up over a door

Then some doubled mini door frame crawls and pullaparts for the ol shoulders.
