RageX and Super Katana are very popular.
 
Lookin at the RageX since I'll have 80 in my pocket once I return my belt. I'll most likely stay single ply unless I can find a different meet.
Go single.
 
USAPL better not suck lol 730 is the state record equipped squat for 198..crap
Lol I think a lot of people will say USAPL sucks, but USPA offers single ply too.

Mass. I can travel to CT/RI/VT/NH somewhat easily. RPS, APA, USAPL and a New England based fed are in the area. Majority of the summer meets are out of the question because I can't get off work. USAPL is here once every 2 months though. I'll take a raw meet if one pops up just so I can claim my squat record.
 
Agreed. I ate at maitenance on Thursday, had a small breakfast Friday and weighed 215 at wake up and 214 at 6pm weigh in. You'll be fine man.

Front squat holds tonight though with whatever weight is left on the bar +chain.
 
If you haven't, look at some videos from Dr Stuart McGill. He explains the role of the core & spine better than anyone I've ever heard. It's an eye opener.

I'm going to make my wife do those. I'm just now getting her back into the gym and her glutes are all kinds of weak.
 
^^^^my wife's posterior chain is a train wreck. She hates me right now because we're HAMMERING it.

I'll throw up vids tomorrow. Took me an hour to get through the squats and my time got cut shorter than planned. I'll hit up a little extra work Saturday on my makeup day.

Its hard to hit depth....Other than that, my walkout was still shaky but I steadied myself out faster. No butt dip occurred today at least. I'll be doing some more reverse band work to get used to the load
 
And speaking of walkouts, I have to start thinking if I'm gonna walk out of the monolift. Last meet I didn't and had trouble getting my feet under me...
 
Squat looked like you were sitting back until about mid way, then it seemed like your knees pushed forward and you caught it. More time in the suit to find the groove.

Good looking AZ. Right at 00:18 I think. I brought my stance in a bit from last time. Hmmm I'll figure this out eventually.

F'ing balls. My scale at home is 5 lbs heavy. Weighed in at 190.

If I'd have known that I'd have dropped to 181.

Poor planning...
