SDMZ 2.0 LOG

DAY 14 LOG ENTRY:
Not feeling any negative side effects to speak of - at least nothing noticeable.
Taking my CycleAssist religiously - as well as extra milk thistle.

Still noticing strength increases - nothing skyrocketing but definitely noticeable. What I'm noticing more is increased stamina in the gym to perform more sets and achieve a great muscle pump. Weight is up 5 lbs - and I know it isn't all fat because I'm definitely seeing and feeling increased muscle size all around.

No noticeable lethargy of any kind, to date.

DAY 19 LOG ENTRY:
So I think I've been feeling some mild "back pump" sensations - for which I've started taking Taurine to counter.
Other than this, still no feelings of lethargy to speak of.

This past week I've started to concentrate more on getting a great muscle pump rather than max lifts - i.e. slightly lighter weights + more reps + good form. To that effect, I've been noticing very decent improvements in both "in gym" pumps and "after-gym/recovery" resultant growth. Of course, I'm doing my best to continue eat for growth.

DAY 20 LOG ENTRY:

WEIGH IN: 222 lbs (started at 215 lbs)

Definitely feels and looks like I've achieved some solid lean mass gains from where I started. I do think a key factor in all of this is starting out with a solid base foundation of focused training experience and established core nutrition regimen - upon which the SDMZ 2.0 can serve to enhance rather than expecting it to be some kind of "magic pill" that will miraculously give you muscles and make you stronger. (You've got to learn to walk before you can run).

Libido is as it's always been - pretty level. I will say that I've been waking up with what feels like a stronger .... "tent" than normal. Whether this can be attributed to the cycle, I can't really say with any level of certainty . . . but hey, who's complaining. ;)


This morning, I feel like I may have experienced a hint of that "lethargy" people often talk about . . . . but, fortunately, it seemed to dissipate as the day progressed. (Maybe I was just overly tired this morning). Doesn't seem like I need any kind of counter-agent at this point.
 
Sorry all . . . Here's an update . . .

My cycle will end on Friday. Throughout the last 4 weeks, I definitely noticed an increase in overall strength, lifts and muscle mass/density. As of today, my weight has increased approximately 10 lbs. While I can't say for certain how much of the weight gain is lean muscle and how much may be water/fat ... I CAN say that I do not LOOK water bloated or fat. In fact, due to the increased intensity I've experienced in the gym, I honestly believe that I've LOST fat over the last 4 weeks - as my abs are actually a bit more visible now than they were at the start of my cycle.

No lethargy (to speak of) and absolutely no gyno

I will be starting my PCT with Nolva promptly on Saturday.

Yes .. I will likely do an 8-week PCT with the Nolva ... adding in DAA and/perhaps an AI at some point within.


I feel that my SDMZ 2.0 cycle was so successful - for me - that I'm already thinking ahead to my next cycle
(come September or so). Might try something different for the next one - a SARM cycle perhaps?
