I am about 4 days in a SDMZ 2.0 @ 2 daily and Alpha 1 @ 1 daily. Started to get tender nipples quickly on this cycle. Also feels like a large amount of hard tissue under my nipple. Not the typical little ball but a larger area of hard tissue, but it comes and goes.
Should I press on and not worry about it? Or would taking some Nolva during help with anything?
