After doing a 3 week cycle of SD and 3 weeks pct of nolva, how long should a wait at the minimum to start another 3 week cycle.

a lot of people would recommend six additional weeks off after pct, but the longer off the better. I'd wait two plus months myself.
 
do bloodwork and decide for yourself, my lipids were fine after 4 weeks, if you run second cycle pretty soon, take at least 2-3 months after that.
 
Well, I did a four week Superdrol cycle and now I'm doing a 4 week PCT. I personally think a six week to two month wait should be ok, before attempting another cycle.

Your blood work should also give you the answer you’re looking for. If your blood work is terrible, don't do another cycle till you and your doctor fix the problem or you might find yourself in an "ER".
 
At least six weeks. I remember reading somewhere that you should never do more than 3 methylated hormone cycles in a year. Can't remember where I read it.
 
I try to limit my cycles to all injectable, just alot safer to use and alot less harsh on your body. On that note, when you feel recovered I say you can start again....err, thats at least what I do......

Hey Jay, how did you get that pic of buffie. The background were the pic was taken is thesame place where my homeboys cut their hair at, it is a barber shop in Houston, TX. Just curious.
