SD & TRANSDERMAL 1-TEST CYCLE

Training H.I.T Dorian Yates style, couple of warmup sets then one all out set giving it my all
 
good style...but hye does the one all out set with 3 or 4 different exercises

you will gain a little bit of fat on a bulk, but not to much since it is sd and 1-test...just make sure you eat enough to gain...diet needs to be in check, sleep needs to be at least 8 hours a night, and pct needs to be good too

Here is my diet get up 4 am (postman) 2 scoops cnp(Dorian Yates Pro peptide) 50 gms oaks with skimmed milk + eca stack
7am grilled chicken breast on 2 granery bread
10 am pro mr
12am chicken beast 50 gms whole grain rice
3pm 1 scoop pro peptide
430 pm same as 12 am meal
train around 6pm before no explode after 40 grms whey 30 gms fast carbs
8 pm main meal of day chicken or beef with veg boiled potatoes or rice
10pm pro peptide 2 scoops
I try to keep my carbs down worried about gaining to much fat only after lean muscle do cardio 4 times a week hiit (high intensity interval training) 20 min 20 min low intensity. been training 15 years on and off but only taken it seriously last 2 years train in manchester uk betta bodies(its a bit of a hard core gym)also at fitness first more cardio there

I meant to ask you bigman what do you recomend for pct i have tamoxifen 20 mg tabs what dosage
 
I am thinking about doing a similar cycle in a couple months. I was going to do T-1 Pro with 20 mg/day of SD. The 4AD is in there to help combat the lethargy.
I am doing it for 6 weeks though.

20mg of nolva/day
RXT and LXT thrown in as well.

I have done M1t 2 weeks a couple of times. Superdrol 3 weeks felt terrible on the M1t felt fine on Superdrol, better strengh gains on M1t but gained a lot of fat Superdrol was nice and lean
 
i had tremendous strength gains from sd, if i remember right my joints got pretty dry towards the the last of the cycle. i have started adding a lil joint support each evening
 
id go with 60-40-20 for nolva, and include lean xtreme, zma, tribulus(all those natural ones),fenugreek, flax, cholesterol support, policosanol, red yeast rice, and dont drink during pct
