So I've just bought 2 courses of sd-matrix but I'm after guidance on what I should be taking with it and how to take it as I've heard some weird and wonderful ideas but just want clear it up. Would appreciate any advice thanks

do your research prior to purchase, not after you buy something

I would guess quite honestly you are not even close to being ready to run this
