SD Dosage

Sorry if this seems redundant... But when is the best time to dose m-drol? Morning, mid-day, evening, before bed?


Also, is it better to take it all at once or space it throughout the day. What i mean is, if im taking 20mg ED, should i take both caps at once, or one now and one later?

space out through out the day.

10mg early to mid morning and then 10mg very early evening (5pm or 6pm)....keep it consistant throught your cycle..
 
damn... Just read superdrol for dummies and unreals thread, sorry guys. Most of it knew already, but theres some useful info in there fo sho
