Assisted Wide Grip Pull-ups
-100x10, -90x8, -70x6 -50x3, BWx3 partials

Close Grip lat pulls
150x12, 165x10, 195x8, 210x6

Barbell Curls (alt grip)
80x10x4,

DB Rows
80sx8, 90sx8, 100sx8,

Machine Curls
70x12, 75x10, 80x10, 85x8,

DB Pullovers
40x12, 45x8, 50x6,

DB Curls
30sx15, 35sx12, 40sx10, 45sx8, 50sx4

Straight Arm Pulldowns
110x20, 120x15, 150x-2, 170x10
 
I also did a shoulder workout that I didn't log on 11/23 and a light leg workout using machines only on 11/25. My rotator cuff was bothering me again so stuck with machine movements and light DBs. Then on Sat I drove 3 hours to buy a new truck and the door shut on me and caused both legs to buckle and came across both knees. No leg workouts for a while! I feel like a freaking broke down old man. I will certainly be glad to start PCT.

Well it's been a good run and like all good things, it must come to an end. With that being said, I'm going to start PCT a week early, starting this Sat. Final pics to come Thurs along with a final weighing. Learned a few things this cycle. I've got to take the bad with good though. I just wish I hard more time and thought to put into this run, but other things in life come first!
