Yeah, I just came across this site the other day. I ended the cycle friday. PCT starts tonight. Live and learn.
 
Finally getting to start tommorrow morning. Yeah!!! Ended up waiting out the 4th of July weekend cause I knew I wasnt going to be 100% able to keep eating right. Glad I did. Cant wait to start!!

We already came to the conclusion that wouldn't be a good idea because of all the negative side effects that the other user rec'ved doing the trail studies at Anabolicminds. Did you take any of the side Supplements with your Superdrol...Hmmm, like liver protection and the other stuff.

The rule is to do your PCT on your last day of your cycle. For example, if your Superdrol cycle ended on a Sunday...You start your PCT on Monday.

I have been reading some feedback of other users doing four weeks of Superdrol and made gains in the fourth week. I think I might be one of those people because I'm having nothing but success on Superdrol and minus all the so-call side effects. I'm on my fourth week now at 30mg and I'm still having success.
 
21 Day



Here a recap of last week>>> I did decided to go for the fourth week. I did increase my dosage from 20 mg to 30 mg. I experienced one day of back pump last week and I ate an extra banana and increased the Taurine and the pain was gone. All body parts is working fine and my private parts is still working with no problems. My urine is still clear as water. I'm still not rec'ving no more extra pimples. I'm not having a dryness problem like the first week of Superdrol use. No joint problems...other then my left knee because of something I did but hopefully the knee will be ok by Tuesday leg day. I'm tired of eating turkey pasta...I only ate the turkey pasta because it's high in carbs and proteins and have the right amount of fat. I had gained about 13 pounds since last Friday and I weigh in today at 14 pounds today. There is no more sagging in the pants and I have to say I gained an inch or almost an inch in the waist but I still look muscular and tight in the skin. I did play aggressive basketball yesterday for over an hour and had explosive energy on the court.





Today was chest day and I didn't go up in weight but I did stay at the same weight and that was positive for me. I did do more reps till the tightness of the skin was too painful for me to continue. The separation of the upper body muscle came through because of all the reps. I was wearing a tank top today and the muscle showed very well in that tank top but it also had a lot of people asking me questions. No one in the gym knows I'm on Superdrol and I'm not going to tell them. I just don't want people to think I'm shooting myself up with steroids because that's not cool in my book.
 
Day 22


Today was leg day and I did do squats today. My left knee kept acting up but I struggle through the leg workout. I did the 1 leg ext, squats, leg press, leg curls and calf workout today. I also hit the abs today.

This is my fifth day at 30mg and no side-effects.

Today is day 3

Up 1.5lbs as of this morning. Eating all the time. Drinking all the time. Feel thirsty but I am sure that is in my head as I am only on day 3. Going to hit some back today. Thank god no back pumps yet.

It might not be in your head...Superdrol demands a lot of water. If your still feeling kind of thirsty on Thursday...I highly recommend you drink more water.
 
Today was back day, no serious pumps. Drinking a ton, waking up like 4 times to piss a night. Annoying! I was "given" a bottle of Gaspori 1-T today with no experation date on it. Still sealed up. Was thinking of stacking with the SD. Not sure though. Have not done much research on it though. If there is anything you can think of that would be a serious deterant side from doing this please let me know. I was gonna finish my first week of 10mg of SD then bump to 20mg and the stack with the 1-t on the same day. Was thinking something like 50mg ED of the 1-T with the 20mg of SD. I am using RXT, lean extreme, DHEA and Fenugreek as a pct as well as all liver and vitamin supps. Any thoughts either way appreciated. Thanks, Drew
 
BTW, Back workout went great today, Warmed up with 5 sets of 10 wide grip pull ups and finished up with 180lbs. on the lat pulls. That is a best for me. Set of 9 by the way. I am sure the 180lbs is not neccasarily the SD but maybe some extra motivation coming from inside knowing that If I work my ass off the gains will be more then from a lack luster performance. Drew

Do you have the old or new batch of RXT?

Hmmm, I can't advise you regarding the supplement "Gaspori 1-T" because I have no experience with that supplement. I recommend you start a separate thread about that product and have some of the expert on Anabolicminds give their input.

I also recommend you take SD by itself and try that second compound on your next cycle of SD. You may want to see how your body handles the SD, before you start adding other compounds to your first cycle of SD...That’s my 2cent.

We will be taking the same supplements on PCT but I don't need to take Fenugreek because SD didn't affect my balls or erection process. The SD supplement only made my erection better. I'm one of the lucky ones. :) I will be taking "Novedex xt" and not RXT because of the recall. I will be taking CEE for the first time and I heard it suppose to be better than creatine.
 
Quick, I'm about 250. I only did 40 two days, and yes I was following the directions suggsted on the website. I just found this site about a week ago. I got screwed though, I got one of the bad batches of rebound, so I have nothing for a couple days ( I ordered something else).
 
Quick-- I am waiting on the new rebound. Just as long as it gets here by the 1st of aug. I am straight. IF not then I have nolva on hand but would rather use the rebound. I will probally use the SD solo but was looking for some input. I would rather see the gains from SD solo cycle VS. a mix. Thanks for making up my mind!
 
Day 23



Today was my back day and I gain some more strength in my back workout. I started off with pull-ups and I made it to 26 reps today, on the first set. Someone walked over to me at the gym today and gave me a waist belt to hold weights on...They said I'm ready to add weights to my pull-up routine. I added 25 pounds on the chain and did 14 reps on the second set, 8 reps on the third set and 5 reps on the fourth set and I weigh 217 pounds + 25 pounds. I have to say>>> the weighted pull-ups kick my azz in the gym. I did the pulldown right after the pull-ups and I max out at 260 pounds at 6 reps. I also went up 10 extra pounds on the Dumbbell rows today. I max out on the fifth set at 110 pounds/ 5 reps. I also performed some deadlifts today but I only lifted 220 pounds because my grip was not stable enough to hold the bar. I think the weighted pull-ups zapped my gripping strength.


I waited ten minutes to re-gain some gripping power to perform some seated curls and I blast from my sticking weight of 55 pounds to 65 pounds/9 reps/ 5 set. I finished the arm workout with cable curls. I did the entire cable stack on the fourth set and experience a bicep pump out of this world but it also was very painful.



I had a very productive day in the gym today and broke some of my own records.



I will take a rest from the gym on Thursday because I earned it...lol



I will weigh myself on Thursday.
 
DAy 4

Up 2.5lbs
Today is cardio and abs. Looking forward to a little rest. I am tired as hell. Have been sleeping atleast 8 hours a night. Last night got 9 1/2. Working at a gym is great. I take the late shift. Will weigh in tommorrow morning and post weight.
 
I am on my last three days of a three week cycle of 20mg a day. I have had great gains. Around 10 pounds. I will diff do another cycle only side effect for me was lower back pain. On back days just lifting plates killed me and had to stretch my back multiple times just to finish my back wrokout also sitting too long killed my back any one else with the same complaint...
 
Day 24


Well, I took a rest day today. The back workout was kind of rough yesterday but I feel very tight in my {wife-beater} today. I feel very swollen in the upper back and my arms are still pumped from yesterday. I did notice two new pimples on my right arm and my sexual abilities are still going strong. :)

I weigh in today at 219 1/2 pounds today. So, that's a 15 1/2 pound increase for me.

I will hit the gym on Friday to work my shoulders and abs.
 
I to have some shoulder work to do tomorrow. The guy who owns the gym that I work at told me to take the whole bottle, 20mgs a day until it ran out and not to worry about gyno. What a dumbass! No wonder he has some bitch titties!!! And he owns the gym and throws this advice out to a number of people daily!!
 
Yo, today up another 1/2 lbs on a morning weigh in. Now weighing in at 194. Shoulder workout went good, back pump was a pain in the ass about half way through. Feeling good now. Looking to bump to 20mg on monday and contiue that through the last 2 weeks.
 
Day 25

It feels like it Christmas to me...hahaha

My gifts are the new muscle size I rec'ved on this Superdol cycle.

Today was my shoulder workout today and I decided to really blast my shoulders press with six sets of barbell front press, four sets of dumbbell press and I finish the press with five drop sets of hammer shoulder press. I also did the upright rows, and side lifts.

My shoulder is hanging like a shirt on a clothes hanger...hahaha and very sore. I'm hoping this will push my shoulders to some new size.

Tomorrow will be my freestyle day and I will do some pull-ups, dips and go for super setting my bi and tri.

Well, Monday is the last day of my Superdrol cycle and it has been a fun ride. I will weigh in on Sunday and Monday to get a true weight for you guys. I will be starting PCT on Tuesday.


I really have to stress to the newbie to drink plenty of water { everyday }. Yesterday was my rest day and I didn't drink the amount of water I suppose to drink and I experience sharp pains on my left side {the kidney}. I experienced this same problem before, while I was on the 1ad/4ad cycle and I knew what I needed quickly. I needed that clear stuff call water. I finished a gallon of water in an hour time and the pain went away. The pain came while I was sleeping...around 2:15am. So, water is VERY important on SD. I also read on another board that some other SD users experienced the same issue.
 
Down a pound this morning. Not to upset as it is only the 6th day. Looking to see more gains after monday where I will be bumping up to 20mgs. Great arm workout, good pumps. Nothing I cant deal with.
 
Up 2.5lbs today, for a total of 5.5 Not sure if my scale is screwy or what but I dont see a differance nor do I feel one. I do have some minor back pumps but nothing I cant handle. I am eating like a pig, wife is starting to get pissed because every other hour I want to eat a full meal. Around a gallon and a half a day of water with a 32oz sports drink on occasion. I feel good, no sides other then back pumps, but like I said, minor. No pimples or anything like that. Today is cardio and abs. Will be bumping up to 20mgs today. Taking the second 10mgs at around dinner time.
 
28 Day


Well, today is the last day of my Superdrol cycle and I will start PCT on Tuesday.

My start weight was 209 pounds and within a couple of days I dropped to 204 pounds, while taking 10mg a day. I increased the dose to 20mg and my weight started to increase. I now weigh in at 221 pounds and my last dosage was 30mg for eight days. I gained 17 pounds on a 4 week cycle of Superdrol. I don't feel or look bloated and I didn't suffer any major side effect on the SD cycle. I did experience back pumps for two days but I increase the Taurine and ate two bananas a day. I did rec'v two pimples on the face and two pimples on my arm but I can live with that. My waist was 33 but it went up to 34 in the waist. I really didn't gain that much fat because my abs is still showing and I'm still looking muscular but very dry. I gained muscular size all over my body but my chest, upper arms and thighs gained the most size. I gained a lot of energy while on the Superdrol cycle and my sexual stamina increased and not decrease on the cycle. My balls did not shrink…yeaaaaaaa.

I didn't take body measurements because I normally go by my clothes fit, the mirror and the feedback from different people. The Superdrol cycle push me into a larger underwear size. {Tank top and boxers fitted way too tight on this cycle}

I will be getting blood work done and share the results with you guys in the future.

I'm taking an extra rest day today because my Sunday day off kind of drained me dry of energy because of all the activities I performed and I didn't get that much sleep from the late night party. I played volleyball on the lakefront yesterday and it was very competitive but my team won and we will be back next Sunday. It was 98 degrees and humid yesterday and I lost a lot of sweat yesterday. I also had some late night activities and that really drained me dry. ;)

But

I will hit the gym tomorrow and work the chest, tri and abs.
 
Today I uped the dose to 20mg, still sitting at about a 5lb gain. Looking for some more weight here on the 20mgs. So far, no real sides to speak of. No extra pimples as I dont have the nicest skin around anyways. ( dont look like a dart board but do have the occasional pimple) Minor back pumps but worth it so far. Have chest tomorrow. Will post again tomorrow night.

Well for some reason I am thinking that I may be 1 out of 2 million. I am back down another 1lb and some change. Sitting at 194 which gives me a 3lb gian. I have been doing cardio 2xs a week and it is nothing excesive of 20 mins or 225 cals, whichever comes first. I eat 5 to 6 times a day and have atleast 2 supplemental shakes or bars a day. One immediatly PWO and one before bed. I have been taking Muscle Milk PWO and ON Whey with milk before bed. I am going to switch to MM both times as it taste good with water and Milk. With milk it gives me 690cals vs. 280 with the ON. I have been throwing down to the point where I feel sick. I have actually lost my appetite while taking the SD. I have seen others who have as well but I did not experiance this with M1t. I am also considering throwing in some 1T for the last week. Not sure on that. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks fellas!!

Switch your ON and MM, shakes. Take ON PWO and MM at night. Cut the cardio out, totally for a week or so to see how you adjust. I lose my appetite to while on SD, just fight through it and force it down.
 
I was thinking that but I seriously have trouble drinking the ON with water. I have been ridiculed on other sites for drinking my post shake with milk instead of water because of the amount of time that it takes for the milk to digest VS. protien with water. I honestly feel sick about 90% of the time that I am awake cause my stomach is stuffed to the max. I eat a half a serving here and the other half there just so I can get it down.


Enough about the bitching! I am a pus, I know that. I will continue to shove food in and see how things go. I am not super pissed just a little dissapointed.

My strength has shown a little increase. Getting some weight now that did nothing but give me trouble 3 weeks ago. If nothing else this will help me get through the plateau I have been in for awhile.

I drink my pre and post workout shakes both with milk, some protien and clean carbs. Just make sure its Fat free and you won't have a problem wtih rate of digestion.
 
So just use skim or 1% milk and that would be cool. Will pick up a gallon on the way home from work tonight. thanks bro!

alright, day 11 up another lb. for a total of 4 now. Yeah!!! wohoo!! Damn this sucks. Skipped cardio as advised. Feels good for a total day off for once. Shoulders tomm. that should be fun.

Same, my guess would be that if its the same stuff or close to it as ph's/aas then run some nolva/dhea/fenugreek.

35 Days/ 7 days of PCT/ 219 1/2 pounds / 5'11




Well, I was away on vacation and now I’m back. I did workout while I was on vacation…so, I was not slacking off. :) I'm still doing PCT. This is my 7th day on PCT and everything is going to plan. I decided not take "Nolva" and I can hear the boo's and grinding of the teeth, from you hardcore guys but it's my personal choice. :) I figure since I was having such success on SD and not having all that major shut down you guys was talking about…why take Nolva, Fenugreek and Viagra ???? It doesn’t make sense to take supplements, if you don’t need them to accomplish your goals or to fix a problem. My body can adapt to change very quickly. I'm one of the lucky ones. :)

I'm taking Novedex XT, Lean Extreme, DHEA, HMB, BCAA and CEE. The CEE supplement is sooooooooo nasty and masking it, is hard to do but I'm hanging in there. I'm still taking all the side supplements that I was taking during my SD cycle.

I lost 1 1/2 pounds since my SD cycle and I have to say it's because I'm not eating a lot of high calorie carbs. I'm just not in the mood to wolf down all that food. The SD cycle boosted my metabolisms to consume all that food and now I'm off of SD...My eating habits went back to normal. I usually don't eat a large amount of food during the summer months because I like to stay lean and muscular during these months.

I'm still lifting the same weight and my strength did not go down at all and that's a plus in my book.

I will keep you guys updated during my PCT.
 
Day 14

I have not been posting due to the lack of gains. This in return was getting me pissed as I sat at my computer day in and day out to tell you that basically nothing phenominal was happening.

Today was and still is the 14th day and I am happy to say that maybe I was a late bloomer but I think it has kicked finally. First off my nuts are about 3/4 of what they were prior. The back pumps I have been getting today have been pretty shitty. On saturday I had a very good arm workout, best pump in a long time for those. Their are certainly some viens showing in my shoulder and bi area that were not around proir, nothing nasty, still smooth looking. Just a subtle glow of purple behind the skin. I am still horny as hell and have no problem getting it up and staying around till she gets hers.

My morning weigh ins are around the 197 to 198 range which is a good 7lbs up. Not bad for 2 weeks!!!

The way my body works, I take my first wk of pct off. I retain almost all gains that way. But I found that out trying different things to see what works best for me... and remember everyone's different.
 
Thanks man, today was another great day at the gym. Best chest workout in a long time. Got 235 for 10 easy then 255 for 7 and 265 for 4. Not the best but my goal from this is to be able to get 315 for a 1 rep max and I am pretty sure I can do that now. Just to mention before starting the SD my max was about 275. I have been doing a endurance routine for some time now for chest but have changed to heavy to get max results from the SD cycle. Last night I finally hit the 200lb mark before bed. I know it was before bed but I still hit it.
 
I am new to the forum and I have read this whole string. I am also new to the supplement scene. I talked to a trainer at the gym that I go to and he suggested a 30 mg a day 8 week cycle. He also suggested that I take Milk Thistle to help with my liver function. After reading this tread I would say that this trainer is trainer. I am 5'10'' and weigh 220 LBS 12% body fat. I personally have looked for numerous hours to find the side effect of SD. I found that liver enzymes can go up, cholesterol could become a concern. Back pumps seem to be a growing theme and your testicles may or may not shrink. Now that I have shown that I have read and researched this a little bit, I hope that the following questions do not result in a whole page of flaming. I was really excited to see that the results from taking SD was so impressive, I do however wonder about some of the different side effects. If someone would be kind enough to state them, I think that it would not only be helpful to me but others that are researching SD. My major concern is my heart. I do not want to take anything that will increase my heart rate or cause anxiety. I am sure that just taking Milk Thistle is not the answer either. What other supplements would you experts recommend on cycle? I was told to take a product called TZ3 for PCT. Do you guys suggest that? Thank you for your time.

The first thing you need to do is smach the **** out of the trainer. Tell him do some research before he starts to tell people what to do.

If you look at the first post on my and this thread it shows a side list of supplements. They are all needed as far as I am concearned. There are some others that other people are taking as well.

As for pct I would stick to something well known and proven, nolva, rebound, clomid, ultra hot. That is a few, some are harder to get right now, others are easy. Good luck
