SD cycle help...need opinions and help on taruine amounts

STARTING A SD CYCLE....NEED EXPERT OPINIONS..TAURINE HELP TOO!!

ok so im 21, 6'1, 200lbs. ive done PH's before and i finished a SD
cycle at 20mgs a day for 6 weeks, stacked with S1+.. i gained about
15lbs. Im now going to start another SD cycle with just SD. here it is.
this is the SD, liver support, and pct.


SD: (180)
weeks 1-2 = 20 mg SD(28)(spit evenly)
weeks 3-4 = 30 mg SD(42)(spit evenly)
weeks 5-6 = 40 mg SD(56)(spit evenly)

Liver: (90)
2 pills(3x) for 5 days before cycle(30 pills)(3x a day)
2 pills a day for 30 days(60 pills)(split evenly 2x a day)
2 pills of old liver support for remainder of cycle(split evenly 2x a day)
then stop
Rebound(PCT): (60)
4 caps for 6 days(24)(split evenly 4x a day)
3 caps for 6 days(18)(split evenly 3x a day)
2 caps for 6 days(12)(split evenly 2x a day)
1 cap for 6 days(6)

I ALSO WANT TO TAKE TARUINE THIS TIME BECAUSE THE PUMPS LAST TIME
MADE IT HARD TO DO ANYTHING. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THE AMOUNTS
AND DOSAGES PLZ....
