SD clone feedback?

I ordered 3 Transform SD but received 2 SD and 1 Epi. I don't feel like going through the hassle of returning the epi for another SD, so I'll probably just keep it. Other than that mistake, Everything else went well. I didn't mind the Priority box as that's how all of my DS have been shipped in the past. It was well taped and the shipping was fast. I'll chalk up the mistake to their being unusually busy during the sale.
 
I dont mind a priority box, but mine wasnt taped up at all. None. And the end was OPEN, literally open, exposing the contents. I was just saying they really should be sure to TAPE the boxes shut.
 
My order was fantastic.
Ordered Thursday, it came on Monday.
Package was perfectly taped with the SD + free sample + business card inside.
 
i only ordered 1 bottle, and it came in a box that was probably like 6"x6"x6" lol. wayyyy bigger than needed, but it wasn't messed up or anything.
 
Dang, I didnt get any business cards, samples, nothing. Opened box, can of SD, not one thing else, not even a order invoice. Who knows...

You posted this 3 times, i know you are very upset about this. The shippers have been told. I will pay for your bottle out of my pocket. Send me your paypal address.

Actually, not upset at all. No samples doesnt hurt my feelings or my interest in upcoming purchases from the site or your products. I am just giving feedback and posting in reply to others' comments regarding their shipping in comparison to mine. The only point here is the taping of the box for 2 obvious reasons, privacy and theft. I dont want nor need you to refund my bottle, in fact, I am and will purchase more of it, as well as other Supps on the site, as the shipping times was lightning fast, the products they stock are what I enjoy, and looking forward to the Transform brand. This isnt a "bitch" post, its just a feedback post, so to speak. I am in no way upset, po'd, or frustrated. Someone in shipping got in a hurry to get the product shipped as quickly as they did, minor oversight, no harm no foul in this incident. Your gesture is appreciated, stand up, and clearly shows me that this is the type of company I will surely continue to contribute my money to.

Thank you sir, it's been addressed before. Like you said, it was a mad house last week keeping up and some of our new help may not have known to tape that kind of box. There was at least one sample, it probably fell out. :(

i always order from these guys, cheapest and best and i never had a problem. i always enjoy there free samples
