Sup guys,

well aftermy original post "SD 4-4-4= 520 MAX...i decided to take 8 weeks off and continue my success.
So after taking about 10 weeks off SD-and a good PCT i decided to do another run of SD only: 5 weeks 20,20,30,30,30....and i maxed out today to a nice round number 550lb!!

It almost feels like the number is smiling at me ...lolol....i got some pics im gonne post, and as soon as i figure out how to capture the video ill link a mpeg of the lift cuz i have it recorded im gonne post thjat too.

dude....I can't even squat that much...impressive to say the least..good work!

Na never used one.....dont believe in it. If i cant lift it without, then Im just not strong enough.
From what i heard about them, they can add 50 -too-200 lb on a bench.
I dont know mayb one day...
 
It's a lot safer on the shoulders when you start getting up in weight. I never do more than 405 raw, it's just too hard on shoulders. Small investment to push 600!

Another question since I just started a SD cycle, how much do you weigh? Most of the logs are from 180-200lbers and that doesn't really help me out being in the 240 range. Anyway I started at 20mg and was planning on staying there, just curious how the sides were and if you felt it was worth going for 5 weeks? Thanks

Thats a good suggestion ...ill have to consider stupidity over gratification..lol with that shirt.
As far as SD ...BEST product i ever tried, with minimal sides.
Im 6'1 241 pressin 385x1 when i started my 1st cycle. I did 4 weeks 10-20-20-30mg's gained 12 pounds =253lb pressed 405x8 for the first time in my life..did a 4 week PCT, dropped to 247lb
Followed by 2nd cycle: 20-30-30-40mg's, pressed 520lbx1..must say that the 40mgs didnt do anything for me its a waste stay up to 30 mg's weight in at 256lb, so i didnt gain as much as i did my first cycle but strength went up.
Then did a 4 week PCT with 3 extra weeks off for a total of 7 weeks off, dropped to 252lb.
And then i did my 3rd and final cycle:
20-20-30-30-30mg, for 5 weeks instead of 4, and noticed that i gained weight again like a mad man to 263lb.
And thats when i pressed 550lb. Althou at this point even thou i didnt gain on a bench that much, i was consistent with 500lb for 3 to 4 reps, which is great a first for me. But i also sustained a pulled tricept and lat during a fight in a club i work at during that time so that might have some thing to do with the bench only inching to 30 more pounds.
But over all in a 24 week time i gained a total of 14 lb ... Im now 253-255lb, I pressed my personal best of 550lb chest, curled 185 for reps straight bar, inclined 425x1, and shoulder pressed 390x1. Id say those r good numbers..my best anyway without pinning myself. As far as sides hmm....BP up and down, sometimes really tired...libido good , but i noticed the desire to jump into bed was hindered somewhat....other then that
it was a great ride.
 
That's pretty impressive, I gained 8 pounds in the first 4 days and have held steady at 245 for the past 3 days. I'm going to give it another week before increasing to 30mg since it's my first cycle and I've been unable to source any Nolva. If all goes well I'll do another cycle this summer. I can only hope I get strength gains close to what you've seen, what I really want though is an 800lb squat! (chest is startin' to run away with my legs). No gyno after 5 week cycle? that's a good thing!
 
I have just finished a SD cycle, I'm within a week or so of completing my PCT so far I have only lost at the most 2-3 lbs.. Please tell me that you maintained most of your gains.

GYNO...nope non existing....nova/clomid, Lean Extreme /Rebound for PCT...as far as squat, im not a big fan, i like my knees too much...my best was 535 without SD i could only imagine if i had trained for squats:jaw: ..... i did max leg press at 960lb after my 1st cycle of SD thou, and i can do between 700 to 800 for reps now....so u kno what, Ill take to the bank.

But good luck wiith ur run, see how u feel after the cycle, study ur body, and get a good training plan before hand. I expect to see ur squatting pics with 800 on it ....:trout:

Im after my pct and still able to do 455 465lb for reps.....feels a lot havier thou, :icon_lol: and it deff fels like i need to put more effort into pressing the weight, but hey , u can t train heavy all year round so for the next 6 months, its cardio,and fat loss , and well c what i can do next year starting in september. Hoping for 600+ no shirt. At that point who need s to pin them selfs.
I really need to c how i can post my lift video, u can c then that up to 500lb i almost have no spot .....it just feelt like pencakes..........

I dont know how u eat, but i basically increase my protein intake to almost 200 or 220 depends if i have shakes avaible.. eat clean, small portions and often, but i can do that cuz I am a graphic designer so I dont do nothin,
and a good routine is veary important.
So in a nut shell a lot of protein and a good routine, watch ur rest period in between sets...keep it consistasnt.After my pct is over i can maintain my strength and size for a long time months at a time, so good luck.
