Week 3 of PCT started yesterday, took first dose of exemestane 12.5mg with dinner. Hope everyone had a good thanksgiving! I ate leftovers for 4 meals yesterday lol, it was awesome! Weight still holding strong at 178, at this point I don't think I'm going to lose anything in PCT :)

Noticed when I posted my PCT stack I accidentally put 6 weeks of endo and reduce, I'm only doing 4 weeks each(1 bottle). Only thing going for 6 is exemestane.

Long rest holiday weekend, next workout day will be monday fully recovered and ready to go!
 
Hmmm, I'll order another bottle of Endosurge when I get paid should get here in time np. That way I'll have test booster running 8 weeks, probably best bet.

Looks like pct is going really well. I'm hoping mine will go this smoothly.

Side note, 2.5 weeks into 20mg superdrol and I'm up 20lbs lol. Incline DB bench is up 20lbs per DB for the same amount of reps. I'm tellin ya, gettin a little fat is the way to go!

I'll look into that PES is legit stuff. I'll be ordering something tomorrow so whatever I decide I'll post it.

Gat dam jt that's a lot of weight good job! I think next time I run SD I'm gonna bulk dirtier.

Today was back, failed at Deadlifting 405, but got 365 for 1 and also a couple 315x6s and I'm pretty happy with that. Maybe some strength loss though, or just an off day. Also switched t-bar rows for one arm cable rows which I liked as an end to a back workout. I'm down to eod on nolva(20mg) and exemestane 12.5 ed.

Wow GREAT shoulder day, felt crappy up until last set of military press though it was weird. Workout partner wanted to start doing clean and jerks so threw out the DB shoulder press in favor of those and it was pretty bad a$$, he also gave me a couple scoops of some jack3d he had(the old kind with DMAA) which isn't my favorite PWO but gave me a little edge. Was trying to really get the form perfect on the cleans, making sure I wasn't "muscling it up" with my arms because I always used to do that when I first started doing cleans.

Ordered some Intimidate, I want to see how it stacks up against Endo I've always been really interested in NMDA since I've had good success with DAA solo before. I'll log it on here and I'll probably throw a review up for it in the supplements section once I'm done with it.

Weight is still holding in 178-179 in mornings :)

Rest today, legs tomorrow. Not sure if I'm gonna get into the gym very much this week, gonna be on 12 hour shifts at work so time will be short. We'll see though maybe I'll be able to squeeze a few workouts in.

Short workout, but made it decent. I got the idea to try Squat Presses from Airborne42. To do them you set the safety bars at the height of about a half squat, then start at the bottom, press the weight up and set it back down on the safety bars. Pretty cool since it's supposed to help get you used to doing heavy weight, I'm trying to get my squat up to 405 and I went up to 435 on those so it makes the weight seem a lot less intimidating.

Also woke up a couple nights ago in the middle of the night and my nose started bleeding like crazy for about 5 mins. Scared me but I've been told by many people now(and google) that this is normal if it just happens once and not repeatedly. I guess the lining of your nose is really sensitive, weird though since I never get nosebleeds. Not a problem if it doesn't happen again though, and so far so good.

Whew! Good arms day, felt like crap but still got in some good supersetting, even did a triset at the end. Great pump and strength is good.

On a side note I've had too much time out of the gym I think in the past month and I have a work trip in the second week of January where I'm not sure if I'll be able to work out or not. Gotta make that money though!

Great chest day can't believe I set a new pr when I did arms yesterday. I think adopting powerlifting form for my bench is most to thank for my PRs in the last couple months, though I will say this endosurge is kick ass, I've kept all size ans strength gains and felt great through PCT. A couple weeks left after this one, will be running intimidate also probably starting next week whenever I run out of endo.

Awesome clean and jerks today, really I got 155 to about 3 or 4 inches overhead just not lockout so it was pretty good, still my heaviest clean too.

Weight is going up! Was 180.5 this morning. Have upped my cals last 2 days were 4000 and then 4300. There will be some fat gains I'm sure but I'm not stopping the bulk till I hit 190-200!

Idc much about fat gains honestly, I can cut that sh!t later. Just worried I'm gonna lose gains when I go on this work trip coming up, but I'll keep pushin it will all be good.
 
Work trip? Going on vacation again? If so, I would use that vacation to bulk first three/cut last three? Why not. Who cares if you lose some "weight"... Trust me, cutting the fat is harder than you think. You don't want to be a Lee Haney bro... Not everyone can get into competition shape so easily... I'd say cut soon... Change things up, figure out where you stand muscle wise and then bulk again. Elliot taught me that. He is lean AF but he makes sense when he says to bulk and cut to keep changing things so your body doesn't get used to it.

Quick back day today, can't seem to get 405 up on dl anymore but I'll get back to it eventually. Still stronger than precycle! I think my lat spread is getting better, these bent over rows destroy lats. Might try doing some racked dl for a couple weeks to get used to moving a little more weight.
