SD 30 mg 4 week log

I'm 25 years old, 70 inches tall, current weight is 200 lbs. I've been training hard since I was 16 years old as I've competed in competitive sports both in high school and a collegiate level. I've ran a few different PH cycles in the past always giving my body a 3 month break to recover in between. This will be my first time to run SD solo at 30 mg daily for the entire 4 week cycle. I'm hoping to get to 210 to 215 lbs by May. My supps are listed below.

S Drol 15 mg x 2
Multi Vitamin (*** mega men)
N2Guard
DAA (start at week 3 of cycle)
Fish Oils
Joint Support

PCT =
Nolvadex 20 mg/ml
Erase
DAA (continue an extra week after PCT).

I am currently on day 5 of this cycle. Training and diet is going great although it is tough for me to consume my goal of 4k calories daily. So far I am up 4.2 lbs and am feeling great. No sides yet and I'm feeling stronger with every workout.
 
This is day seven of the cycle and tonight was chest and biceps and the pump I got during the workout was insane. I've increased my dumbbell weight by 10 pounds and I'm definitely looking bulkier. I do feel a little tired during the day but I'm trying to compensate with as many carbs as i can eat. No side effects to report as of now except for maybe a little acne on the chest nothing major though.
 
Day 9 today and so far I'm up an even 5 lbs. I feel like I've tightened up a bit in my midsection also so no complaints there. I can tell that my aggression level has increased when something makes me mad, I try to calm myself and think "happy thoughts"! LOL. I worked out legs last night and felt great with little fatigue throughout the entire session. I am trying to keep my cardio to a minimum but at the same time I have Warrior Dash coming up so I try to fit in some to keep my endurance level high. People are noticing the mass I'm putting on so that makes me feel like I'm accomplishing my goal. I'm excited to see what the next 3 weeks hold.
 
*Day 11*

Last night I worked shoulders, traps, and triceps and I'm not sure if this is normal or not but my shoulders were hurting and burning so bad I could barely get through my workout. I grit my teeth and powered through it but god almighty did it hurt!! On a brighter note I am up a total of 7 lbs and am looking great and feeling super strong. My diet has been great although it is still very hard for me to eat enough to get 4k clean calories daily. I'm practically forcing myself to eat.
 
I had 2 shoulder workouts during my run of sd that were just like yours, the pumps were brutally painful my shoulders were huge I could almost feel blood pulsing thru them. Had to sit down and just let my arms hang lol I couldn't move them.
I think you'll easily reach your 10-15 lb goal.
I suggest getting some anabeta for pct so u can continue eating like a horse and try to avoid the inevitable fat gain that comes with pct and hold onto that new weight.

I will look into that for sure. Yea the shoulder pumps were crazy man, front and side lateral dumbbell raise was torture!!
 
*Day 14*

I continue to feel like an animal during my workouts. I weigh 209.8 as of this morning so almost up 10 lbs in 2 weeks not bad at all considering my goal is 15 lbs total and I have 2 weeks left. I will post a pic soon of my physique transformation from day 1 to day 14 this evening. No sides to report other than some pretty severe shoulder pumps (ouch!) those bastards hurt bad making it tough to complete a shoulder workout.
 
Super busy schedule has kept me from logging the last few days but today is day 21 of the cycle and I weighed in at 212.4 pounds this morning. I can say I have achieved what I've wanted out of this cycle so far. I started my DAA this morning and I'm looking forward to seeing what happens this last week and a half of training. I will be training chest and bi's this afternoon and I have seen great results going to 4 sets of 12,10,10,8 of the max weight I can do by 4th set.
 
im in the middle of almost the same cycle, im lovin it just the same starting third week today you finding as if you pump starts early and your about to fail yet you just keep repping out?

Yes if I have muscle failure during a set then stop for 30 secs I actually come back and finish stronger lifting more weight.
 
*1day to go*

I weighed in this morning at 213.8 lbs. I'd say that's pretty good considering my goal was to be 210 - 215. No sides to report other than slight aggression. I held myself back from punching a few ppl but all is well and I'm not in jail so at the end of this cycle I'd say I won! I'm bigger, stronger, harder, and definitely look better! Thanks SDrol!! I'm ready to start PCT in hopes to keep most of my gains!
 
Sounds like a successful cycle brother! GL keeping the gains, looks like your planned PCT is on point. Just remember to re-establish your new maintenance for your calorie intake and you should have no problems holding onto that weight.
