Oh ok...well today was back day...204 today..been doing cardio lot lately...
Diet today consist of eggs, mini wheats, whole wheat pasta, steak, chicken, brocoli, whole wheat tortilla, whey protein...
Back day
Pull ups 3*7-12
Straight arm rope pull down- 3*8-14

Db row-4*5-12
Standing cable row-3*12

Tbar row- last set (4) plates * 7 pr

Lat pull down-3*6-12
Back hyperextension machine-2*15

5 min cardio cool down

Sunday night will be last night of sd @ 20 mg, then start serm monday

Havent started pct yet..ill start nxt monday...ill use clomid, erase, daa, and i may throw in some powerlabs pct just cause its been in my dresser for a while...organ shield
 
Today maybe an off day....but for sure some cardio this evening...
I kinda messed up for lunch..im still painting a house and a friend of the lady I'm working with brought us subway..grilled chicken, but with honey mustard and mayo, with a coke and bbq lays...couldnt be rude so i ate everybit of it and i feel guilty lol ...oh well ill make sure the remainder of my meals r perfect like they have been...shoulder day tomarrow..gna try to set a pr with 90 lb db shoulder press
 
Subway with mayo and honey mustard isn't the end of the world. Not too bad at all imo, you'll be just fine brutha

Well this evening was shoulder day and wow, craziest pump in my dealts ive ever experenced.my shoulders r already sore...
Diet was better today, just been a really long week working....ive realized sometimes life happens, and you arent able to eat as clean as you want 24/7 ha...

Thanks bro..i still think my shoulder presses r weak for my weight amd mass but i hurt my acl in my shoulder benching 325 a few years ago, hasnt felt the same since...not much docs can do..i was thinking based on how my body is feeling and reacting so nicely to 20 mg, if it would be smart to extend an extra week of 20 mg, so 6 week cycle as planned, but 3 weeks of 20 mg instead of 10?
 
Oh sounds good man...its gna be sad when i have to start pct, i love this stuff...anyone have good results with green tea extract, ive nvr taken it before, but picked some up today...ive been really debating on ordering a fat burner so i figured I'd try this first just to see how I'd react, arm day tomarrow. Today had to be an off day, cause of work then went to the thunder game...just got back from grocery shopping, diet will be back to perfect since these last couple days have been off a bit

Don't cut during PCT bro. Make sure to wait a couple weeks after PCT is finished.

This exactly. You don't want to risk the gains you got from cycle. During pct u want to eat a little more not the opposite.

Progress picks...really leaning out finally.starting to see some defenition in dealts rather than just bulk...did arms last night..main lifts. Db hammer curl 50*5
Bb curl 105*6 my wrist was really hurting had to stop...
One arm preacher db curl on incline bench 30*7

Skulls 45 pd plate each side 1*7
Rope pull down 90*8

18 sets overall..not much energy plus my wrist was making me mad...abt to go hit some legs, gna try to pr on leg press

Chest day today...overall good workout, but couldnt bench as much as i wanted bec my shoulders starting to bother me again...

Breakfast. Hashbrowns cooked in olive oil,
1 egg, 4 whites, turkey sausage all scrambled together, really good, banana

Pwo shake

Pwo meal whole wheat pasta, ground beef and shrimp, brocoli

Snack. Oats, whey protein, strawberries, milk, natural pb blended smoothie

For dinner tonight I'm goin out for my dads bday so ill keep it as clean as i can;)

Thanks guys.....halfhuman I'm gna check it out...ya i need to pick some up..my form on bench isnt bad, just old shoulder injury when i was younger and did have bad form ha...well dinner tonight wasnt the best but damn good...i had the most protein packed option avaliable...it was a pizzaria place so....i had stromboli it was stuffed with green peppers, mushrooms, olives, chicken, italian sasauge, pepperoni, canadian bacon and mozzerella

For the value, green tea is inexpensive...

As for other decent fat burners... I would go with FatSmack (I'm by no means a rep)... I loved that stuff and at 45 true servings you can't beat it.
 
Hmm ya ive looked at it...purys labs is a great company...has anyone tried shredded labs rizen? I read its similar to spawn..that was by far the best ds ive taken..well off to kill back

Ya I was excited to see that out and they also have a Alpha 1 clone. The tren looks like the same tren that's in trenavar looks promising might have to snag a bottle I still have two bottles of spawn and one bottle of Epitren 350 :)

Thnx quest...i know what you mean, you dont want to stop taking it ha...idk abt 8 weeks on sd even though its a low dose ..still toxic...i wouldnt suggest going longer than 6, need to give ur body a rest and get back to your original hormonal state...i could be wrong, I'm not a noob, but not near as knowledgeable like some of these guys on here, so ask one of them..good luck with the rest of your cycle
 
I was thinking of running 10/20/20/20/30. I'm on the third week right now. I have 4 bottles of SD so I gotta use em up;-)
 
Go for it man...honestly ive bumped it to 30 this week...its amazing...only side is lethargy, a little mood swings but nothin out of the ordinary...the 10 mg 6 weeker is good dnt get me wrong but i was greedy and wanted more size ha...i have 3 bottles to last a good 2 years...ill deff..add some stano nxt time

Ha ha yep I stashed a few bottles back in the day saw the ban coming lol. I actually have never ran it yet but my next cycle is definitally between the spawn or SD. Getting a few more cycles under my belt first I'm on a very mild 1-andro 550-xd stack right now definitally getting some good bulk. How many pounds are you up now man?
 
Sounds good man..wish u luck...imo i would have atleast 3 solid cycles and proper pct before u start a sd compound...in all honesty i hear people talk abt superdol like its evil cause the sidea are so bad...like ive stated ive had some sides but its sides expected from a cycle...other than that i feel great..im up 8.5 pds...but keep in mind I'm not focusing on the scale and didnt expect a rapid increase in weight gain because I'm focusin on a lean mass...im doin cardio in some form 5 days a week..ive actually gained more than i thought with minimal water retention noticeable.

4 more daus on sd then the real test of pct begins...felt like a beast today in the gym..Im having to tweak my routine in the gym this week to 5 straight days on because ill be in norman this weekend for the notre dame game, boomer!!!

Yea it can get tempting that's for sure. Save it for another time. You're right buddy. I took clomid once and than tried torem. Will never go back to clomid. Torem is the best IMO. No sides what so ever. Boys were back in two days.

Well heres some legs progress and traps/ shoulders, really have made some lean mass gains...my legs have size but need more defenition...sure man
93 perc lean beef, whole wheat crackers, or whole wheat thins, ketchup and ur choice of bbq sauce mixed, diced onion, and green pepper, cook for 45 min @ 375 it nay need cooked a lil longer, depends on ur oven, then top it off with some more ketchup if u choose...i really dnt measure anything, just go by thickness, and texture...
