Here is layout.

Plus a test cyp base.

Shooting for 4 - 4500 cals.
 
Started 8/13

Legs,shoulders

Starting weight was 212 at 5'11

Shooting for 230

Light cardio 2 to 3 times a week

Killed arms today.

Didn't take long for dmz to get in system felt a little sluggishness this afternoon. So I went and carbed up. But compared to SD, dmz in so much smoother.
 
8/18 & 8/19 off

30 mg both days

Can't wait to stack in the morning. Dmz and cynostane. Should be off the chain.

Just blew gym. Very vascular. Veins were popping on this stack. Strength way up.

Killed chest & back.

Reps and weight up on bench

Felt alpha. Cynostane makes your muscles feel so hard and pumped all day.

Arms were destroyed. I mean this cynostane & dmz has my arms looking so f**** anabolic. Weight is still up only 4 as of Thursday. But I look more cut and jacked. Can't believe how this stuff is working. Hardly any cardio but more tight in abs. I ran dmz before solo and it is diffently different with this cynostane. So next two weeks are cyno solo.

Another week down.

This week was cynostane solo. Looking and feeling very hard and vascular. Really like this product. Libido is through the roof unlike any ph/ds I ever used. Strength is still up.

Bday was yesterday. Anyway up 8lbs since I started my cycle. Unlike when I was on SD I have ate far less cals probably in the 3k range. I have little if any bloat I look so solid. Strength has been good not SD good but diffently up. Very vascular and as stated before libido is up. Final weigh in and review next week.
 
Final review. Finished bottle last Monday. Added 9 lbs no sides still look and feel very solid. Cynostane kicks a$$
